What are people saying about Munich

Matheus_L, May 2026
It’s human to feel
It is extremely touching. Not exactly for the faint of heart. But in many ways it is as important as ever to go there if you ever have the opportunity to do so. Expect to walk a lot, but honestly you will probably not feel like you walked that much from all the things that you will be seeing there. If you yourself have ties to someone who was affected by this historical event, or are friends with people who would have been affected, I would say that it’s natural to feel a bit emotional during parts of the tour. Our guide Jamie was specially attentive to details and to the questions that our group had.

Best Bike Tour in Munich!
Such a fun way to see the city’s main sites and learn the history! Dave was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable about the history of each site and he was very personable. He made the whole trip fun and interesting. We had a great small group which made it easy to hear and stay together. Munich is pretty much flat so it was easy riding, no need for an electric bike, and we are both 65. We think we lucked out getting Dave as our guide. He was great and we’ve been on many bike tours in different countries. This was well worth the cost and we highly recommend this tour.

Amazing tour that...
Amazing tour that exceeded our expectations. The castles and the lakeside setting were absolutely beautiful. Our guide, Jennifer, was great and shared lots of interesting facts along the way. The story of King Ludwig was particularly fascinating. Highly recommended.

Must do!
This is a must do! Very organized day with 3 amazing stops. Both castles are breathtaking and the little scenic town is a nice break. While the schedule is a bit tight if you follow the advice of your tour guide you will maximize your time and get to see everything. The VIP bus is a very comfortable ride, great to have extra drinks and snacks available throughout the day. Our guide Monika was very informative, we learned a lot of interesting German history that helped put everything we were seeing in context, both at our stops and along the way. Very much enjoyed our day!
