Cascais, Cabo Da Roca and Monserrate day trip in 1970 VW bus.
Cascais, Cabo Da Roca, Monserrate Palace day trip with Christiano was a wonderful adventure in his fully restored 1970 VW bus. His recommendation for lunch near Sintra was a dining highlight of our trip. Wonderful food and a spectacular setting. The gardens of the palace were another highlight. Unfortunately the palace is shrouded in scaffolding which takes away from the exterior of the palace. Overall a great trip and fun day with Christiano!!

Excellent Tour of Sintra and Surrounding Area
We had a wonderful experience with Ricardo. He is knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and as a Sintra local was able to provide insightful comments about the area. He provided tips on how best to enjoy the beautiful Pena Palace and gardens and pointed out highlights during our walk through the historical Sintra Center. He recommended a wonderful restaurant for lunch with delicious Portuguese food. Stops in Cabo Da Roca and Cascais were the perfect way to end our day.

Driver/Guide (Pedro) was amazing!
Driver was great and had knowledge about so many subjects of Portugal. Vehicle was clean and well taken care of. Experiences were fantastic. We didn’t go inside Pina Palace, but I don’t think you need to. You still got to go to the interior of the palace just not inside the actual buildings and the lineups for the inside of the castle were long.

Great, relaxed tour option.
Very relaxed tour with lots of free time at each stop which was perfect. Opportunity to get in quite a few sites in one day without feeling completely exhausted at the end.

Private tour with a local
Fun, informative day! Ricardo grew up in Sintra and made sure we saw all the special spots, great tips for navigating crowded Pena Palace and made us feel so welcome. His humor, knowledge and passion for sharing his home town made it so special. And Sintra is a must see when in Lisbon.

Enrique was an...
Enrique was an exceptional guide, very personable and knowledgeable about all of the history as well as sharing what it is like to be Portuguese in the 21st century. By the end of the day we felt as though we had made a new friend. Would highly recommend his services.

10/10 recommend this tour while in Lisbon!
We loved this day tour - great combination of history, beautiful coastline, and architectural wonders. Rodrigo our guide was knowledgeable, kind, and gave great tips at each spot we stopped at. We had a good amount of time in each spot to explore on our own - most importantly Pena Palace and Cascais. At the same time, we learned a lot about what we were driving/walking past. Rodrigo went above and beyond for us, even giving us recommendations while we stay in Lisbon.
