He made us feel like friends he was proud to show his city to rather than just a tour group. Fettah is engaging and very knowledgeable. He made the history come alive and answered every question we had. He also changed the tour to fit what we wanted to see, and let us spend more or less time at each site. Lots of activities to choose from. The presentations on the guided tours were shorter than I expected, but not sure if they were comprehensive. Disappointed that the purchase of reduced tickets to the Harem has to be in cash. Was not forewarned about that.

A Wonderful Experience Exploring Istanbul with Ece!

We had the most wonderful couple of days exploring beautiful Istanbul with our lovely guide, Ece. She was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, kind, and patient, and made our time in the city so enjoyable. What we especially appreciated was how she really listened to everything we wanted to see and do and made sure we managed to fit it all in. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy everything at our own pace. Ece made the history and culture of Istanbul so interesting and it was an absolute pleasure spending time with her. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. I would highly recommend this tour, and especially Ece, to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Best intro to Istanbul and Turkish cuisine!

We took the Yummy Foods tour with Ali and he was a fantastic guide! Very personable, knowledgeable, and organized. We started off with a traditional Turkish breakfast and tour of the Spice Bazaar which was a good crash course to help us navigate the rest of our Turkey trip. We followed it up with an Iskander kebab, sweet and savory pastries, stuffed mussels, Turkish ice cream, and more. I was full by the end of the tour! I enjoyed the opportunity to take the ferry across the Bosphorus to tour the Asian side of Istanbul. Without a guide, I wouldn’t know where to go. This was the first activity we did when we landed in Turkey and the perfect way to kick off the trip to understand Turkish cuisine.

A perfect day in Istanbul!

Incredible day in Istanbul! Sam, our guide, was exceptional and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable. He is a true local and delivered a personalized tour for my family. We hit all the main sights including Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and the Cistern. Transportation was prompt and the tour worked well for our schedule. Sam was able to efficiently maneuver the crowds and recommended a local gem for lunch. I highly recommend this tour if you have day in Istanbul. We walked away full of new information and gained a new appreciation for Istanbul.

Excellent tour

An excellent tour all round and we spent plenty time at each place. Our tour guide Elif was so engaging and funny as well as having a great grasp of the history of each site. And had extra headscarves for the ladies for the Blue Mosque visit. The only disappointment was that the Hagia Sophia ( which has been a dream of mine for many years) was covered both inside and out with scaffolding and will be for decades to come. But Elif still took us to the important places inside it Highly recommended all round.

Fun! Fun! Fun!

From start to finish this tour kept us engaged in entertainment, food and scenery. It was more then worth it. The pictures and albums they sold were a bit pricey but a good souvenoir if you buy them, which everyone usually does because it's a memory. Belly Dancing with a half-naked woman; would keep your kid's eyes closed! Was fun overall; and of course everyone went dancing together at the end !

My husband and I...

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Cam, was punctual, engaging, interesting and very knowledgeable. We gained so much more from seeing these sites with Cam such as local insight, good photo spots, being able to ask questions of areas of interest etc. Without a doubt, I would recommend this tour to anyone. An oasis of peace

Just entering a place that is over 550 years old and being able to experience it is like a fairy tale; if you then find kindness, competence, cleanliness, and relaxation, it is the best. I went without a reservation on a weekday afternoon, they welcomed me without any problems and presented me with the different options: I chose the classic hammam, with a scrub and soap bath with massage, which, performed with competence and dedication by the hands of Bahriye, were a mix of relaxation to free the body and mind and toning of muscles tired after wandering around Istanbul. A gem to complete a short stay in this wonderful city!! Very well done!!!

Old Crone Boat Review

Went on the cruise with two women in their upper 70s. They both enjoyed their two hours on the water. One chose to stay inside and the other was outside. A good sampling of Turkish snacks to include baklava and fruit/nuts were included. One thing I would have liked to have changed is that the pickup time is not the same as the one shown in the listing. We were under the impression that we were being picked up at 5 pm when the reality was they stopped by at 4:30pm. I would have appreciated being informed of the meetup time prior to departing. Staff was kind to my mother with walking issues and she appreciated getting a front row seat with ouch standing in line for it.
