Natalia met us to begin the tour. She was lovely and informative. I did however find the person in training a distraction. He monopolized Natalia’s time and it was rude to step ahead of paying customers. That correction should be part of his training. Our guide through Versailles was exceptional. He knew his history, and with a tad bit of humor as well as an impressive dialog with those he guided made this tour exceptional. Guide Michelle escorted us to Giverney. She gave all 47 of us a brief history of Monet as well as what to expect at the gardens. We were disappointed that the tour through the gardens was self-guided with an app. She did a good job of communicating but 47 is just a very large group. Michelle communicated with humor and information. She did have exclusive chats that only included the front of the bus. The back of the bus was not included. For example, she asked the entire bus a question and a person up front answered her, however she never gave the answer or explanation to everyone, just to the front. All in all, Eric stands out as exceptional Natalia was very good and Michelle was good.

Iván was an amazing tour guide - so knowledgeable and passionate about history! His direct, no-nonsense personality kept us all on track (very efficient) and made me laugh. I highly recommend going to Versailles with Iván - you get so much more out of the trip!

We really loved our bicycle tour. The tour group was so kind and making sure we were all comfortable on our bikes before beginning the trip. We at no time felt we were in an unsafe situation. Paul was very informative regarding the history of all the different places we visited. The other tour guide that accompanied the trip was excellent also in explaining the history while inside the Versailles . We had a beautiful cheese and meat tasting at the public market. Then the most incredible lunch sitting outside on the water! We will recommend it to our friends who come to Paris. Thank you again.!!!
