Beautiful natural scenery supported by inadequate facilities!

The tour was well constructed with lot of things to see. The sites were incredibly beautiful. Ben was very good in explaining all the sites and its features. He also gave us tips on restaurants and other facilities. Considering the number of tourists and economic benefits generated by the natural sites, we felt that Park services were inadequate for the number of people. Surely some of the exorbitant prices charged by the hotels, restaurants etc. should flow into better infrastructure like providing adequate restrooms, chairs and tables for eating, adequate parking and better roads leading into the sites.

This tour hit all the highlights and more. Our guide, Robyn, was incredible. She is a Canmore native and full of fantastic information about the history, geology, flora, and fauna of the area. She loves her job and it shows. From the stories of the people who helped popularize this slice of heaven on earth, to the geological events that created it, and the indigenous people who were here first, Robyn’s commentary enhanced our trip. We came away not only awed by the beauty but feeling a connection to the land.

I enjoyed my day tour to Banff with Lisa and her team. They made sure we had ample time at every spot, provided instructions on best views and great stories about each location. Lisa even climbed the rock pile with group at Lake Morraine and took pictures. She is wonderful! I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a quick escape from Calgary.

A Wonderful Adventure!

What a fun day I had yesterday! Greta was my tour guide and she was amazing. She told us so many hints that I know I never would've known had she not told me. Even things like, "make sure to go to the bathroom here because the toilets are cleaner than the next place," just made the day go by much more smoothly. I also have to say that taking a tour to these places was great because some places aren't accessible without a professional tour or shuttle and others cars have to park further away. Overall, I was thrilled with the tour and tour guide. The price was reasonable as well!

A great day out

Had a great time, Brooke was very knowledgeable, warm and had a good sense of humour. She gave good suggestions for how to beat the crowd at Lake Louise and recommended the rockpile at Moraine Lake, which gave great views. I wouldn’t rely on seeing Downtown Banff only on this tour, as the hour only really covers eating, but if you have time to return another day like I did, that’s completely fine and the timings are all laid out in advance. It was good to see the waterfall as I wouldn’t have known it was there. Would recommend as a solo traveller!

Absolutely recommend this trip

You don't have to worry about logistics, parking. Just get on the bus and it takes you to all the sights with no hassle, practically door to door service to each sight. Our guide and driver, Dave (Zhikun Zhu) was super knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He drove very safely throughout the trip, picked us up on time, explained the highlights of each sight. The whole experience was stress free and so enjoyable. I would do it again. I heard so many stories of the hassle of getting a parking spot at Lake Louise and didn't want to go through that. Also if I was driving on my own I wouldn't have gone to all those places in 1 day.

Highly recommend!

What a great experience, to see so many places in one day and not have to worry about driving or parking. Our guide was very nice and a great driver. We had plenty of time at each spot. Traveled with a 4 year old and he did great! Couple of things to note: get to your pickup spot early especially if you are driving yourself there as parking fills up fast. We did our pick up at Canmore Visitor Center and since there are a lot of tours happening at the same time it’s kind of a cluster with parking and trying to find the right bus. Also the lunch stop is pretty hectic too so if I were to do this again I would pack my own lunch. Overall a great day, we really lucked out as it was the last nice day of our trip due to the wildfire smoke that came through for the rest of it. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything!

Perfect & Stress-Free Way to See Moraine Lake + Lake Louise! 🏔️🩵

Such an easy and stress-free way to see both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise! We had about 80 minutes at each stop, which honestly felt like the perfect amount of time to walk around, take photos, enjoy the views, and explore without feeling too rushed. Our guide was super chill, really nice and sweet, and very efficient with timing. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the tour van was also really clean and comfortable. One thing I definitely want to mention: BE ON TIME! The schedule matters, especially when you’re visiting two major spots in one tour. If you’re late, you may get left behind, so don’t expect the entire group to wait. I actually really appreciated that they respected the people who showed up on time and kept the tour moving as scheduled. Overall, this was such a convenient and well-organized way to experience Moraine Lake and Lake Louise without having to stress about transportation or parking. Definitely recommend! 🏔️🩵

Iconic lake tour of Banff

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours. Professional, well organized, informative, and a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. 10/10. Thanks again, Raj!
