Just do it. Tour guides are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Dan was wonderful and engaging. You literally cannot beat the scenery. The day started out drizzly and snowing, but it was still incredible. Once the sun came out, it was surreal. Again, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Banff and Banff gold pls tour

This was a very good tour. Our guide Jessie (a male so don’t know if correct spelling) was polite friendly knowledgeable and took many photos for us. I would not recommend the option of Banff gondola at end of tour because there is not sufficient time to get to top then enjoy the experience. This was due to how extremely busy it was. I would rather only people staying in Banff do this. Be taken there by guide but make own way back to Banff as it turned out there were many shuttle buses we could have got. Jessie was most helpful in organising the booking of our tickets as we did not book prior to tour as we did not know what time to book gondola for. I felt there was insufficient information at time of booking tour due to what we experienced. As for Jessie he was an excellent guide

I took this excursion as a solo, female traveler on a half day away from a work conference. It was a great experience and I was so glad I was able to experience it! Pick up and drop off was punctual and the drive was smooth. Yamnuska itself is really peaceful and I enjoyed learning about wolf dogs and the organization’s history of rescuing these beautiful animals. Would highly recommend for a quick, low-key tour

Fantastic Guide and a Brilliant Experience!

Jesse was a lovely tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and had a real passion for what he was doing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. He showed us some of the best spots to visit and was always happy to offer to take photos for us. He also took some really creative and different photos, giving us pictures that were a little different from the usual tourist shots. Jesse was very approachable, friendly and accommodating, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him. His knowledge and enthusiasm really added to the experience, and we had a fantastic time!

Fun even in the rain

This was definitely manageable for someone who has never ridden a horse before! There are inclines and declines along the way, but that was part of the fun. We did have rain the whole time so not the best views, though I bet it would be beautiful. Regardless, they had long raincoats for us to borrow, explained the horseback riding well, and it was a lovely activity!

A Full Day of Sightseeing

Viator is an easy and reliable tour company. This tour we took was very comprehensive and gave us an excellent overview of the Banff area. Our tour guide, Ben, was pleasant and knowledgeable. We would be happy to tour with him again. The only negative to our day was the weather. Clearly not Viator’s fault !

Perfect outing with the dinos

First time visiting the area, and it could not have been anymore perfect. Obviously you can't pick the weather, but this day was flawless. Our tour guild Zee was so knowledgeable and very social, he made even the long drive out there enjoyable, and at each stop, he gave us a complete rundown of it's history. Every single main attraction you could think of along with a few hidden gems were explored. With more than enough time to take it all in. I could not have wished for a better first day in the province. So many pictures to remember for years. Thanks Zee for taking us out there.

Very positive experience

Very nice tour, friendly and nice guide and driver. The only detail i would recommend to change will be to ask consumers to purchase 2 pm not 2.45 pm glacier tickets so the group does not wait for the passenger who books it from viator. Viator suggest 2.30, 4.45 pm tickets. But the driver was very nice and accommodated all of us

A Wonderful Adventure!

What a fun day I had yesterday! Greta was my tour guide and she was amazing. She told us so many hints that I know I never would've known had she not told me. Even things like, "make sure to go to the bathroom here because the toilets are cleaner than the next place," just made the day go by much more smoothly. I also have to say that taking a tour to these places was great because some places aren't accessible without a professional tour or shuttle and others cars have to park further away. Overall, I was thrilled with the tour and tour guide. The price was reasonable as well!

Wonderful trip with Sanjeet

It was a wonderful trip. Our guide, Sanjeet, helped make this long journey less tiring and more memorable. He helped us quickly navigate unfamiliar areas, and we truly enjoyed many beautiful views, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. Sanjeet is also a very good driver. He drives the Matrix company bus safely. The trip was relaxing and very enjoyable. Thank you very much!
