This was an excellent tour. I was short on time, and couldn't do a full day tour. In just five hours I was able to enjoy the beauty of Moraine lake and Lake Louise. Our tour guide Frank was excellent. He educated us about the lakes, while using humor, and keeping the group on time. I really appreciated his time management. The tour ended exactly after five hours. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Boyd was great! He took great photos of us throughout the day and gave us a lot of information about the places we passed by and visited. Highly recommend!! We were picked up in Banff around 8:45am and got dropped off around 5:30pm. Lunch was around 1pm, and we had an hour which was plenty of time. Boyd did a great job taking us to places at times that were not so crowded. Snacks and water bottles were provided as well.

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide-Gaurav (Mr.G)! He was incredibly patient, friendly, and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire tour. He made sure everyone was comfortable, answered all our questions, and created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive energy truly made the tour special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great tour experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Viator is an easy and reliable tour company. This tour we took was very comprehensive and gave us an excellent overview of the Banff area. Our tour guide, Ben, was pleasant and knowledgeable. We would be happy to tour with him again. The only negative to our day was the weather. Clearly not Viator’s fault !

We had a tour guide named Sammy who was very humorous. On the day, he held a very visible neon green sign with the name of the person who booked the tour (our pickup was Downtown Calgary, if you have different pickups then they will pick you up along the way). I suggest you buy some food you like before going onto the tour, they do have lunch break for us (start time was at 7:30am, lunch break near 11 or 12?) I found myself snacking on stuff I brought before lunch break so I suggest you either eat something beforehand or bring some food. For 2 people, we brought 2 subs and a few cans of soda. At the lunch break area, there is a few stores to buy food at - Look up Trailhead Coffee at Lake Louise Dr, that's where our group had lunch break at. The tour itself was nice, the pros are that you get access to areas that are generally no-car entry allowed, so one of the areas (forgot which one) had an 11km walk or bike only to the lake(?) Cons were, you do things at the tour schedule, so there's that. I wanted to rent a canoe but there wasn't enough time to do so. The tour is nice if you only have like a day off due to work or just checking out a few places while you're in Banff/Calgary. My partner and I liked the tour and felt it was worth the tour fare to see the lakes. As we have seen the lakes already, the next time if we decide to go back will be on our own time, not with a tour as we want the freedom of time to do what we want without being bound to the tour schedule.

Garry was a great guide! On time and very knowledgeable about the lakes and sights. Even did more stops due to a mix up with the company and advertising the same trip on get your guide and viator, as some had lake Louise and some didn’t. But not his fault and it was all sorted out. That should be fixed moving forward tho. Recommend for sure!

What a great experience, to see so many places in one day and not have to worry about driving or parking. Our guide was very nice and a great driver. We had plenty of time at each spot. Traveled with a 4 year old and he did great! Couple of things to note: get to your pickup spot early especially if you are driving yourself there as parking fills up fast. We did our pick up at Canmore Visitor Center and since there are a lot of tours happening at the same time it’s kind of a cluster with parking and trying to find the right bus. Also the lunch stop is pretty hectic too so if I were to do this again I would pack my own lunch. Overall a great day, we really lucked out as it was the last nice day of our trip due to the wildfire smoke that came through for the rest of it. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything!

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours. Professional, well organized, informative, and a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. 10/10. Thanks again, Raj!
