Shout out to Olga E. - Amazing and very informative tour!

Our guide Olga E. was just fabulous !! We learned so much about Gaudi, his life, his vision, and his art- it was amazing! Olga E. was easy to understand, follow, made sure the group stayed together, and took all of our pics. She did not rush us. Shout out to Olga E. The park was beautiful - I am so glad I took the tour with a guide that could explain all the different buildings as that made it even more beautiful. The Familia Segrada - was just absolutely amazing ! Again, Olga E. explained to us Guadi's vision, and all about all the architecture, and all the sculptures, and meanings of each section from the birth of Christ to his Crucifixion. How Gaudi has it all dedicated to each specific section of the church, you can follow the entire story via the outside sculptures. You do not need to be a Christian to appreciate this building. The inside of the church is beautiful with the natural light and has its own story - I was just as fascinated if not more with the architecture on the outside of the building. Definitely get a guide or an audio. To do this tour on your own and just look at it, will not do it justice at all!!

Golden Tours was very organized. The guide we had, Marta, was very knowledgeable. She was personable and friendly. The Park itself is quite amazing. We would never have gotten such out of visiting on our own. There are no signs in the park so you definitely need a guide.

Our guide, Toni, was...

Our guide, Toni, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and his English was excellent. We had 5 (maybe 6?) young children with their 2 sets of parents in our group. At each stop along the way he found a focus that interested them, keeping them engaged. Kudos to him. On a prior visit to Barcelona we only saw the outside of the church. Toni's explanation of the specifics of the exterior structure led to a greater appreciation of Gaudi's amazing vision for the structure. As spectacular as the exterior is, the interior leaves one awestruck. Once again Toni provided insightful information about the remarkable features. This tour should be at the top of any Barcelona visitor's list of things to do.

Covers it all! A great day, despite problems with pickups in one area and a senior who should have picked this tour.

We chose this tour as we only had three days in Barcelona and figured it was a great way to tick off the main things we wanted to see. It was an amazing experience thanks to our guide. She kept a great pace, despite having to deal with an extremely high need senior family. She had great English skills, high energy, and really gave everyone an education throughout our stops. Two caveats: This tour you need to be very mobile or you slow it down for everyone. Secondly, with the continued construction zone along the Las Ramblas. The pickup of those passengers was extremely difficult with the construction. It took a lot of time to maneuver that. Those in the area need an alternate pick up spot.

Exceeded our Expectations!

This tour exceeded our expectations! All went very smoothly and we loved our guide, Jorge! He was professional, knowlegeable and funny and made the tour very enjoyable and interesting. Loved the head set as it could get noisy with other tours going on at the same time. We learned so much about Sagrada Familia that day and would highly recommend!

Excellent tour of La Sagrada Familia

This is my second time touring la Sagrada Familia, and my husband's first. I felt this I learned things on this tour that I hadn't before. My only suggestion would be to make it clear that the souvenir shop is actually across the street from the Basilica.

So glad I booked a tour!...

So glad I booked a tour! I was unable to book admission to the basilica on their official website since I was trying to book with a foreign credit card, so I booked this tour instead and was so glad I did because the tour was well worth it. The meeting instructions via whatsapp were clear and the tour guide was wonderful! I learned so much and visiting the basilica was a dream come true. The beauty of it is just unbelievable and it was so nice learning all the interesting facts about it and about Gaudi.
