⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional experience with Ken Ken! We had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with Rockies Journey, and so much of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Ken Ken. From the very beginning, Ken Ken was attentive to our family’s needs, kind, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. He made us feel so comfortable that it honestly felt like we were spending the day with a friend rather than simply following a tour guide. He went out of his way to help us, took beautiful family photos for us, and made sure we could truly enjoy every moment. Our children absolutely loved spending the day with him! As parents of a child with additional needs, one thing meant especially much to us: Ken Ken welcomed our family exactly as we are. He was understanding, flexible and inclusive, and never once made us feel that our child’s differences or needs were an inconvenience. That kindness and acceptance made the experience so much more relaxing and special for our entire family. Thank you, Ken Ken, for your help, your patience, your wonderful sense of humour and positive energy, and especially for making us all feel so welcome and included. You helped make our visit to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake one of the highlights of our trip to Western Canada. We will remember this day for a very long time. Our tour was absolutely top-notch, and our amazing tour guide/driver made the journey even more memorable. He safely took us to every stunning location, shared wonderful stories, and even captured precious photos for us. What a true blessing in disguise! My heart is overflowing with love and gratitude. Every step, every view, and every moment reminded me of God’s magnificent creation. We were so happy with our tour today with Marco! He reached the night before our trip to confirm the pick up time and address which was much appreciated. We were travelling in a group of six Everybody had an amazing time! He shared fax about the local areas as we were driving through them also ask questions and got to know little about each of the passengers and where we are from and other things we were doing while we were in the area, it felt like travelling around with a good friend for the day. Our time at any of the stops was never cut short due to downs with traffic or congestion in parking areas, he also joined our group at the beginning of each stop to show us less congested places get great photos, and took photos of our group for us, which was so helpful. I definitely think their customer service and value in comparison to other tours easily makes them a number one choice!

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours. Great experience overall, our tour guide even had some refreshments and snacks in case which I assume come handy for families with children! Beautiful views and lots of time to explore when you get to the lakes! I booked one for my parents for the following week! :)

This is a must do experience with visiting Banff. Of over 600 lakes in Canadian Rockies, this lake is one of the 3 largest. The guide was very knowledgeable and enjoyable. They shut down the boat and did a couple minutes of silence to enhance the experience.

A wonderful tour covering Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and parts of Banff National Park. Our brilliant tour guide, Jake, made this more of an adventure. Part historian, part outdoorsman, great comic relief and self proclaimed best looking tour guide in the Canadian Rockies, Jake really made this a day to remember. He shared so much history about the area and this great wilderness we all enjoyed. We were lucky enough to see a mother Grizzly Bear and her cubs eating berries on the side of the road to Moraine Lake. This 4 .5 hour tour is a perfect length. Sign up for the early tour to beat a lot of the crowds.
