Excellent tour with Vincent as our Guide!

We had a wonderful time with Vincent- who is very knowledgeable outside of what is required for the tour. He answered all our questions, and we learned so much about Taiwan. He was a joy to talk to, and the pacing of the tour was wonderful; we were able to take breaks and stop for pictures as much as we wanted. He has a lot of interesting stories to tell, so you will never be bored during the (slightly) lengthy drive. He even puts on music to match the mood, including relaxing spa music so we could sleep in the car. You are safe in Vincents care!

Amazing experience with Francis

I took this tour one day ahead of a monster typhoon. Francis and her backend team were amazing. She was able to keep our group organized and getting from place to place. The bus was very comfortable, and her instructions on how to get back to the bus (in picture form) were super clear and appreciated! The stops were great and we'll worth seeing. I loved the lanterns, and Jiufen was beautiful. Due to the typhoon, we had to divert to another geological park - but this one was just as beautiful, and Francis always maintained a positive and can do attitude. We really appreciated her and this tour!

Solo Traveler experience

Alan is a Great Guide - hopefully you will be with him ! I chose the English / Mandarin tour group rather than the English / German and got him … he explains every detail even how to get to the spa on the hotels ( which sometimes can be challenging ) showing in the bus pictures of what to do and what’s included ! That also reflects on the rest of the tour … and you may think it might be too much but he gives it a very light funny approach making all very so easy ! Everything is thought in detail … even meal options as those are not included ! It made it feel really easy … The group was also amazing everyone from different backgrounds but friendly and funny the whole 5 days … the only thing not so good is the price as they charge a lot for solo travelers making it less accessible but if you are travelling in two - it’s quite a bargain to be honest for all that’s included and the quality of accommodations and tour itself !

Kaspar was a great guide. He was very flexible and we were able to turn this into a food tour. How lucky we were that Kaspar has a great knowledge and appreciation of Taiwanese cuisine and we went to several eateries to try different dishes. We also saw and heard about the major attractions in Taipei. The itinerary had to be adjusted somewhat to accommodate my disability but Kaspar handled everything so well. Thank you.

This was such an amazing adventure. We’re so glad we did it. Tony was an awesome guide who kept us well informed all the way. The entire trip was well orchestrated and we saw some beautiful scenery, including a tea plantation. The tea museum was a great stop, very informative. Then the tea ceremony to finish off was really impressive. We learned a lot about tea and taste. There were opportunities to purchase the teas we tasted. Unique sightseeing tour with highly skilled tour guide

My husband and I had a fantastic day with our tour guide, Nicolas Ying. Nicolas started communicating with us a few days before the tour and was well prepared for the day: umbrellas, bottled water, and a carefully timed agenda. His English was very, very good too. Our tour was on a busy Saturday, but Nicolas easily navigated us through the traffic and busy attractions. Be prepared to wear your most comfortable shoes. You will walk a lot and there are several staircases. We came home with a ton of stunning photos and videos, thanks to our experienced tour guide who knew just where to stand for the perfect angle. This tour does not disappoint and gets you outside of the city for some unique sightseeing. Highly recommend!

A day with our guide James

I enjoyed my day with James. He has a rich knowledge of Taiwan and Chinese history that made the tour more enjoyable. We got the 6 hour tour as we we didn’t know if we would last longer but we ended up going over an hour over time because we wanted to spend more time at the stops. Knowing this I would definitely recommend the full day tour.
