Great Tour and Guide!

My wife and I had an excellent time on this tour. We were picked up a couple hundred yards from our B&B, and dropped off in the same location. Our tour guide (I believe it was Mariarita) was phenomenal - engaging and very knowledgeable. The towns themselves were stunning. I generally do not like the rushed feeling I get from most tours, as they tend to involve several things I am not interested in. This tour, however, was perfect. Enough history and information, and inclusion of the main points of interest, and then generous free time to explore the towns on our own. Would highly recommend!

Warning: Do not eat before you go on this tour! 😂 The food is plentiful, absolutely delicious and there is so much to try! We had a brilliant time sampling a wonderful variety of local street. Everything was delicious, and there was certainly no chance of going hungry. Our tour guide, Allegra, was so lovely, friendly and welcoming. She made the experience even more enjoyable and was a pleasure to spend time with. We booked this tour to Mount Etna and this was spectacular from start to finish! Gianni our tour guide pick us up right on time in a comfortable vehicle and drove us up to some of the most breathtaking lava fields and extinct craters. Gianni made our entere group fell completely safe, providing excellent safety gear, checking on everyone’s pace and navigating the volcanic terrain effortlessly. Gianni was incredible passionate, sharing great stories about how local life and agriculture adapt to the volcano! Gianni and the other guide brought us into a stunning volcanic lava cave where they explained about the cave history and legends of the region! Very interesting and fascinating! They are very knowledgeable and wonderful tour guides! The tour ended with a visit to the Gambino winery where we tested the Gambino wines all then with a great quality and good taste! Very recommended! Gianni was above an beyond to make this a magical day over the clouds!

Great way to see the city and enjoy some tasty bites along the way!

Carlo did a fantastic job taking us around the city and showing us a variety of local tasty bites. We left full! It was a fun and casual day and Carlo made it so much fun. I recommend this especially if you only have a short time in Palermo. We still had time to walk around afterwards, but we felt like we had a better understanding of city and its culture.

Great experience

This was a wonderful tour of Mt. Etna and Taormina. Simone was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable about the areas. He was great at keeping in touch with us via WhatsApp. He arranged a food tasting that was enjoyable. There were several options offered at Etna -- a hike around the lower part, ATVs, or cable car and bus to a guide who walked us around Etna for about 30 minutes. We also got to tour a lava cave. Taormina was lovely, but crowded. We didn't have much time there, but enough to get a sense of the city. Simone made the van ride interesting, as he had a lot of information to impart about Mt. Etna and Taormina. He also provided recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit in Catania, which was a nice touch.

Amazing tour of Etna

An excellent experience with Alessandro. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about volcanos and Mount Etna and the local region. Tour started with delicious wine at a family vineyard on the slopes after a walk through the vines and the opportunity to see the locals at work picking and sorting the grapes. The tour up Mount Etna was really informative taking in historic lava flows, tunnels and breathtaking views, ending with a lovely lunch at a chalet restaurant near to the cable car to the volcano summit.

This was the first boat tour i did with multiple groups. Enjoyed getting to meet new people, and the staff was great. From the knowledge of the area, the snacks and drinks, to the time out in the water. Only thing i missed was the "bring your own towels" disclaimer. Make sure you bring one with you!

Perfect small-group Sicily experience for wine&food lovers

This tour was the highlight of our long weekend break on Sicily. Orazio was the perfect guide, telling us a lot of interesting things about the island, the language, the traditions, the connection between the people and the Etna during the drive. At the winery he handed us over to another guide who took us on a short walk along the vines and then into the cellar. Then came the tasting session - 3 lovely wines and incredible small plates to go with them, followed by a short drive to a restaurant where we were treated to more courses and more wines. Everything was delicious, we all had a great time - the perfect gastrotourism experience!
