Jakim was a super friendly tour guide and made the experience great. It was definitely worth doing both the hot air ballooning and seeing the archeological site on the ground. I did the tour in late October and it was chilly on the hot air balloon, so I recommend dressing in layers.

A truly outstanding experience! Victor and Rodrigo were exceptional guides who shared their knowledge with genuine passion and enthusiasm. Manuel was an excellent driver, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire 13-hour journey, which passed surprisingly quickly. The tour was incredibly well curated, with no frustrating tourist-trap shopping stops. Every part of the day felt purposeful and enjoyable. Great Tour

This walking tour was absolutely fantastic and well worth the cost. Our guide Christina was phenomenal and a joy to be with and she taught us so much about the history of the area and Frieda and Diego. Our tour included food samples, a churro and lunch and then we were dropped off at the museum where we were able to roam about on our own pace, I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing morning at the pyramids

Awesome experience, well worth the time and money. Our driver, Enrique, and our guide, Josefina, were both excellent. Josefina shared so much of her knowledge with us and was very attentive. She also does well at keeping the tour moving to maintain punctuality. It's an amazing morning/afternoon that still leaves you with half a day to rest or explore the city.

What a cool experience!!

I would highly recommend this experience. It was absolutely wild and lived up to the billing. Our guides were fantastic. We were caught in heavy rain, and rather than trying to walk to the venue, or guides arranged for transportation that saved us all from getting soaked. Very thoughtful. I wish I could remember the names of our guides to give them credit, but unfortunately, I can't recall both of their names.

Only wish it were longer

This was one part of a larger tour but it was one of my favorite things in CDMX. My only regret is that it was not longer. I will do this again and seek out a tour for just this. Beautiful weather is helpful but getting some of the local food and drink, hearing mariachi music and just watching the mechanics of each boat navigating around each other - it was all entertaining.

This was such an amazing experiencing. Even though we had to wake up at 5 am it was totally worth it. The staff was so kind throughout the experience. They fed us some snacks before we left and after the experience they gave us breakfast. Then when we went to the pyramids the tour guide was so experienced and told us about the history and would chat with us in between. He also took us to an artisan who showed us different obsidian and different culinary preparations on prickly pear and taught us a few words. The artisan was so courteous and was happy to answer any questions.

Carlos and Eduardo were great tour guides! We were so impressed with how accommodating they were, they really thought of everything - plenty of towels, shower stuff, waters, snacks, and cave gear. They were so knowledgeable about the indigenous lands we were going to in Tolantongo, was nice to learn about the history. Would definitely go again!!!

Awe-Inspiring

Riding a hot air balloon over the pyramids was so peaceful and beautiful. It brought tears of awe into my eyes. The photo shoot beforehand was so fun. Ruth did a great job putting us at ease and getting us wonderful pictures (for an added cost). Breakfast in the cave was delicious and romantic. The pyramids guided tour was very informative and I enjoyed picking up souvenirs at the shop and the liquor tasting. 10/10 would recommend!
