Viator horrible customer service

The overall experience was good. However viator has been horrible after all of the events ive booked through them. My partner pulled his muscle needs to have surgery and I tried to ask them to refund me for his ticket or give me a credit them denied that. Thats horrible customer service with someone that books all the time. There are other sites you can use i would recommend you DONT USE VIATOR lack of customer service is a real thing. Ill post on social media as well.

Great experience!

The balloon ride was very smooth and peaceful! The team knows what they're doing and the entire experience was fun and memorable. I recommend that everyone try this at least once. A little bit of what to expect: 4am pickup at hotel, 5:30am coffee and biscuits, 6:30 balloon launch, 7:30 land, 8am breakfast in cave, 9:30am mezcal tasting, obsidian explanation, gift shop, 10:30am walk around the pyramids. 12pm head back to hotel and arrive 1:30pm to 2pm. These times are approximate and from our experience - yours might differ slightly. Sign up - it's worth it.

Hector the pilot was...

Hector the pilot was great, smooth flight. Photographer was also great and took some beautiful pictures and fun videos! The ‘warm’ tea they offer when it’s cold in the early morning was all cold herbal options and the manager/staff were completely unapologetic and didn’t go to get us any water. Regardless, I’d still recommend this experience because of the pilot and safe beautiful experience

Memorable experience!

My partner and I had such a memorable experience on this tour! Our tour guides Sebastian, Dante, and Karen were so friendly and took the time to talk to each of us. They also taught us everything we needed to know about lucha libre in such a fun way. The seats at the lucha libre show were in a great location as well!

It was an overall fun...

It was an overall fun trip that was worth the money. Easy pick up, a few stops along the way including a breakfast stop, convenience store stop to get changed and pick up water shoes($200 pesos) and other sundries, and a ‘wow’ scenery stop. Once you arrive you will hang at the pools for 2 hours then meet up to shuttle down to the caves/waterfalls which will take about an hour to explore, then have lunch by the blue river which you will swim in for an hour or more and then head back to CDMX. I honestly thought it was a perfect amount of time at each experience. My wife was sick and couldn’t make it and next time I come to CDMX I will book this excursion again so she can experience it. My kids loved the trip even with the long travel time and said it was the best part of our CDMX vacation. Our driver and guide were there to help all along the way. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this to all families with kids. My kids were 9 and 11 at the time. The most challenging part was the cave’s uneven ground which can be a bit hard to manage but don’t be afraid, it was still so much fun!

Don’t skip this!!! From start to finish the energy was high and the vibes top tier. The music was current, not that old hip hop from decades ago. The boat comes with not one but 2 whirlpools. The staff was incredible, the host kept the party going nonstop. You can vape on the boat but smoking is strictly prohibited. The shots NEVER stop so pace yourself. There was so much more that happened, but what happens on the boat stays on the boat so I can’t tell you all everything. Anytime I am in Cancun I will be on the Hip Hop Party Boat.

It was great. As a solo traveller, I didnt feel left out. The whole experience was amazing. From the pick up to the drop off. Shout out to our pilot, Juan Manuel Diaz for flying us safely. Also to our tour guide, Enrique for offering to take a photo for me. I highly recommend this. Plus boking through Aviator is hassle-free. Everything went smoothly. Everything was well coordinated.

Fantastic day!

It was a long day but a fantastic day! Cesar the tour guide and Maurizio the driver were fantastic! Cesar was so kind to share a bit of his culture with us and if the group wants he will go into details about both ancient and current living Mayans and their customs. We felt very safe the whole way, and we were shown as well some ways we could contribute directly to the Mayans instead of the scammers. The Cenote was beautiful and the food was fantastic. In Valladolid I recommend after the tequila that is great and the owner very funny to get some tacos from the square

Splurge for the all inclusive tour!

We had a great time celebrating my son’s 21st birthday with the sunrise balloon ride, breakfast in a cave, mescal tasting, and climbing the moon temple. Such a wonderful way to spend the day. The entire team was excellent and the people in our tour group was great. Special thanks to Diego for such an informative tour of Teotihuacan! And to the men who helped land multiple balloons, you were amazing!!! Excellent team work!

Informative Tour

We had the tour in Spanish with Johnny Mendoza, but they also had another fluent English speaking host for the trip available for English-speakers. Johnny was so informative and spoke with such passion it inspired us to learn more about the history of the region and ancient civilizations. I appreciated his positive attitude even when it started raining! Absolutely great tour.

We had the BEST TIME ever

We had such an amazing experience doing the ATVs, cenote, and ziplines during our honeymoon! Alan was our guide and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was so friendly, fun, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. The whole excursion was such a fun adventure and definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Alan kept everything entertaining while also making sure we knew what we were doing and felt safe along the way. You could tell he genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time. We made so many fun memories that day and are so thankful Alan was our guide! If you get the chance to do this excursion, definitely ask for Alan.
