It was a lot of fun. The descent part of the hike is quite easy, the ascent can be difficult to the untrained but it’s quite a short ascent. The water is really nice to swim in and the guide was super informative. The whole tour from A-Z was super smooth. Highly recommend.

Best Tour Ever
We had an amazing time learning about Oaxaca with our incredible tour guide Daniel. From the historical tour of Monte Albán to swimming in the pools at Hierve el Agua to learning about textiles and mezcal, we did it all. This was an excellent way to take in a number of sights in a relatively short trip. I highly recommend. Daniel and team were kind, thoughtful, and keen on providing a great experience. 10 out of 10... No notes!

Excellent, highly qualified guide & tour!
We had a great experience with this tour company and guide! We arrived to a nice seating area with drink and snack while we waited, and the tour was top quality. Pavel was a great guide--patient, extremely informative, responsive to our environment (waited for us to sort out our needs with a little bit of rain, standing under trees for shade) and such a great speaker. We fully enjoyed the tour, which he led in 2 languages. When it went over time he didn't rush, just kept up with the full details. We would definitely do a tour with this company on our next visit to Oaxaca. Thank you!

Great way to see the sites surrounding Oaxaca!
This was a long day but with lots of fun activities. Hierve el Agua was very worthwhile, the lunch stop offered something for everyone and we enjoyed the rug weaving demonstration and the Mezcal taskings as well. The big surprise was Mitla which is in excellent shape and really interesting. Our guide Pavel was really excellent in explaining everything we saw.

Many travelers agree that if you only have time to visit one place in Mexico, it should be Oaxaca. The state has some of the country’s most iconic food—from its seven types of mole to flaky tlayudas (stuffed tortillas)—plus inspiring natural beauty and colorful architecture. Oaxaca tours let you explore like an expert, whether tasting street food in Oaxaca City or discovering the Monte Albán ruins. You can also learn to make mezcal on a plantation, marvel at a petrified waterfall, or head to the coast for surfing lessons.
