Well organized and communicative about picking up ant 5am after booking. Prepaid lunch was confusing. While booking, you have the option to pre-pay for lunch. But after booking, you receive a menu to make your lunch selection with the caveat that prices are 20 to 30 pesos more than the menu. We then had to settle up in cash on the second stop after a long day. The tour operator did not have records of our prepayment, so we had to show her the booking to prove we had prepaid. Then she converted the additional charge with a lower than market exchange rate if you paid in dollars. We were also informed as we left the pools that we would all be dropped off at the Angel and responsible for our own transportation back to our hotels due to protests. One of our group slipped and broke her ankle at the pools, and the tour operator did not offer to drive her to medical care or back to her hotel. instead they deposited her on the side of the road.in an area with no seating.

My wife and I had a great time!! From the booking, communication, transition between pickup and the actual excursion, we thought the entire process was seamless. Great trip

Straight forward tour from the city to pyramid complex with entertaining and knowledgeable guides and a safe driver. The crew working on my tour was Ernesto, Josephine, and Jesus. Ernesto is a very knowledgeable and funny guy. The pyramid complex is breathtaking. However, the restrooms at the site are not bad and the bathroom “stop” on the way is to let the crowd do a little shopping. You do get free water, coffee, mezcal, and tequila tho :)

Spectacular Sunrise Over the Pyramids

An absolute highlight of my trip to Mexico! Flying over the Teotihuacan archaeological site at sunrise was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, the entire operation was flawless. The early morning pickup from Mexico City was perfectly on time, and the crew welcomed us with warm coffee and pastries while we watched the massive balloons inflate—a spectacular sight in its own right. Once in the air, the flight was incredibly smooth and peaceful. Floating silently above the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon as the sun broke over the horizon provided a breathtaking perspective that you simply cannot get from the ground. The pilot was highly skilled, professional, and shared fascinating historical facts about the ruins below while ensuring everyone in the basket felt safe and comfortable. After landing, we were treated to a traditional sparkling wine toast, a personalized flight certificate, and a delicious breakfast buffet

Amazing Excursion!

10/10 experience. The day ran like a well-oiled machine, easily moving from each activity to the next. The balloon ride was easily the highlight following closely by the pyramid visit. Breakfast was basic but well-timed. Out of the control of the tour — traffic back to CDMX was excruciating; plan to nap or bring a book to help with the ride. Would def recommend this tour!

Very professional organization. We were picked up at our Air B and B at the right time, then driven out to the site. The balloon ride was spectacular and not frightening at all. Then off to breakfast in a cave which was a lot of fun. A great day and a great value. Highly recommend.
