What are people saying about Hiroshima

Great Decision from Osaka
Great day! The tour cut down on lost time traveling between the sights. This was important since we were staying in Osaka. The day was also well planned. It was a heavy morning visiting the Peace Museum. We have seen many museums dedicated to many things in our travels and this is well done and impactful. Beginning there and visiting the shrine later in the day allowed for some balance. I would recommend taking the opportunity to walk up the hill to the Buddhist Temple. It is peaceful and beautiful. There were also fewer crowds at the temple when we went. Most people gathered on the Main Street and at the Shrine below. Tomo was also an amazing guide. She was very kind and helpful. Overall a great day!

Hayashi was a wonderful...
Hayashi was a wonderful guide. We were delayed leaving ou r cruise ship and she patiently waited for an hour, then adjusted the itinerary so that we were still able to see the sites that we wanted to. Harassing was very informative and we learned a lot during the tour. She helped us keep up our pace so that we didn't miss anything. I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Hayashi.

Best Tour Because of Masa!
This tour was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Japan. Our guide Masa was absolutely wonderful and made it so special! She guided us through the Peace Memorial Museum, the Peace Park, and the Dome with incredible knowledge and sensitivity, It was a very emotional experience, and she handled with with grace, knowledge and heart. She didn’t just give us facts, she gave us context, history and human stories that made it all so much more meaningful. Beyond that, Masa was just a joy to be around. Funny, kind and so generous in sharing her culture. We loved learning about Japanese customs from her, her introduction to a fun local favorite okonomiyaki eatery, and hearing about her family and life in Hiroshima. It made the city feel so much more personal. We would be remiss not to mention our driver. He was so professional, polite and accommodating. We can’t thank Masa enough for such an informative, moving and genuinely fun experience. Thank you for such a beautiful day!

Wonderful tour!
This walking tour was amazing! Our tour guide Emi was very fun and very knowledgeable. She was great about making sure we stopped for breaks and we had enough time to take in the different stops on the tour. She had a great perspective on the history as well. Amazing!

Many Hiroshima tours focus on the city’s World War II-era history, with guided visits to attractions like the UNESCO-listed Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome. But the city hasn’t let itself be fully defined by tragedy. A local guide can help you navigate modern Hiroshima and learn more about the city’s rich culture. Activities like tea ceremonies, food tours, and day trips to see the famous Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima can show you all that the city has to offer.
