The visit will begin in the small family museum in the remuage cellar of the Valsellera Classic Sparkling Wine and in the barrel ageing cellar of the great red wines. In the first there will be an introduction to the methods of producing bubbles from the classic method to the Martinotti method. In addition to some historical notes, there will be a moment on how to open with the saber. In the second part we will take action!
