On past visits to PVG I have tried to use the on demand Taxi service or Didi and I did not have a good experience and it is often a cause of great stress. I came across this option and thought I'd give it a try. I was very happy I did. I had great interaction before the trip and very easy to find once landing at PVG. The driver was great and the car was very clean. I highly recommend this option and will use it again.

This company is amazing. Jesse is a great communicator and was very accommodating to our needs! He was a little late to our pickup at the airport but more than made up for it with a free ride back to the airport. Thanks you so much for your service. Will use you again next time we are back.

Driver was waiting with name on folder easy to spot he didn’t speak a word of English but he knew Exactly what hotel we had to go to. I was very impressed with the vehicle brand new mini van. Ride took about 35 minutes very pleasant experience thanks Viator hope to use you guys in the near future

When we got out of the check point he was already there holding the sign with our name. After the trip to Beijing we glad that we booked this service due to the language barrier. Taxis were alot cheaper, but since we can't speak the language and our first time to the city so this makes alot easier for us. The guy that picked us up speak english and he didn't know we have a few big luggages, so he picked us in a small car instead of a van. At first, he was upset at the company for not letting him know, so he was on the phone and didn't really help us at the beginning, but then afterward he helps us put all the luggages in the car. The car was clean and comfortable ride. He was nice and recommended us a few places to go eat. When we got to the hotel he helps with the luggages and thank us. We'll definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

As a disabled traveller, travelling on my own, I appreciated being picked up. The Driver was there waiting and helped with my mobility aid and got me straight to the hotel. Yes I could get a taxi cheaper but after a long flight to a country I didn't know, it was very reassuring.

We were very pleased with the driver scheduled for us. She was at the airport and waiting for us. Glad she had a name card. Though she was not fluent in English she none-the-less managed to communicate quite effectively. I'm glad she was equipped with GPS. It brought us to the front door of the Hotel. She was also willing to assist with large pieces of luggage.

We arrived in Shanghai on time and NO DRIVER ANYWHERE. We looked around for a while and could not find them. We called the phone numbers on the booking and there were no answers. We approached Shanghai Airport employees who attempted to call and could not get them either. They said they were not familiar with this company. The Shanghai Airport employees got us a taxi, which cost more money. Two hours after we arrived we got a call from this company saying they were at the airport. DO NOT BUY THIS. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE LIKE US AND ARRIVE IN CHINA WITH NO RIDE!

Customer Service from local office in California was excellent. Our group had one additional rider last minute, and the customer service rep was extremely helpful in getting our reservation updated. She called the Shanghai office and sent a new voucher the same day we were flying out. Once in Shanghai, the driver was waiting for us as scheduled. Also waited for the rest of our party, and got us safely and promptly to the hotel. Great service, highly recommend!

When we left the arrival hall after clearing customs, our driver was nowhere to be found. I walked 3 times looking for our name on paper and my husband did the same path twice to no avail. A local gentleman asked if he could help. I gave him the local contact number and he called. After much conversation she showed up at tourist information booth. We go out to parking garage, wait with luggage as she goes to get the car. They pull up, husband driving never gets out to put luggage in the car after she empties trunk to make a small space. They had a tiny car that you could smell cigarette smoke. We listened to GPS for 45 minutes to our Shanghai hotel. It was a terrible start to our visit and first time to use Viator.

for some reason, the information I provided about where I would like to be dropped off when booking online was not transmitted to the driver's company. And Viator didn't contact me to confirm my drop off address - my hotel address. Nevertheless the driver turned up to pick me up and we managed to get the Chinese address for my hotel by calling the hotel. The driver was helpful, polite and drove safely. The car was comfortable. I would look at the online booking form - that's where the service was let down.

Last year, I took a private care from the Shanghai Airport - but paid 3x the price of this ride. I thought about taking a taxi - but I have had bad experiences with crazy taxi drivers in unsafe cabs. This pick up was great - driver was there waiting for us, took us to our hotel in a comfortable minivan for about 57 US. Comfortable, safe and on time. Would book again.

This is definitely a stress free way to transfer into Shanghai from the airport. Keep in mind that there are a lot of drivers with signs as you make your way into the arrivals area. We did have to loop back to find ours, but once we did, it was smooth sailing. The car was spacious and the driver was excellent.
