Leo was awesome! So knowledgeable and a very good guide. Kept the whole trip interesting. He even took the time to answer all of our questions with detail. I would definitely choose this DMZ tour again over others. Day started with pick up in the city. The bus was modern and comfortable with leather seats. Took about an hour to get to the first stop which was basically for Leo to grab the tickets. There was bathroom and snacks available for purchase. Second stop was the lookout where you can see North Korea. Third stop was the tunnel which was fun to walk through. Next we stopped and talked to a defector from North Korea. This was very interesting. We heard their story and could also ask any questions. Last stop before heading back to the city was a buffet lunch that’s not included in the price of the ticket, but it’s optional if you want to eat or not. If you are not super hungry there is a 7 11 around the corner. After lunch it’s just over an hour to get back to the city. Over all highly I recommend this DMZ tour!! Thank you Leo and PLK.

Customized cultural experience

This was a great way to get a taste of Seoul, culturally. From the main palace to classic street food to a traditional Korean neighborhood to Namsam and a joyous arts district in Insadong, this tour had it all! Our guide Juan was polite, personable, and helped to customize the experience to meet the group’s needs (kids to grandparent). The pace was just right, and we had sufficient time at each location, even if we skipped a few spots (eg, no tea tour) to do it. Spending more time and adjusting to the group were more important for this tour and very much appreciated! We ended the tour in Myeongdong, to bring us to our contemporary cultural experience. A great day overall! Especially loved the time at Namsam and Insadong

Great professional service with fantastic communication.

This was a fantastic service. The driver was waiting for us at the gate on time, and the van was very spacious and comfy, with plenty of space for our bags. It was a really comfortable ride to our hotel. I would highly recommend anyone that is visiting Seoul to skip the stress of having to figure out transportation when you arrive and just schedule this. It was well worth it.
