Amazing Day exploring Highlights of Seoul!

Our day on the Small Group Seoul Highlight Tour was a major highlight of our trip, entirely thanks to our amazing guide, Jung! She was incredibly kind, energetic, and shared fascinating history at every stop.Jung timed our visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace perfectly before the heavy crowds arrived. This made taking photos in our rented hanbok smooth and stress-free. Wandering through Bukchon Hanok Village and experiencing the traditional tea ceremony at Tea House Insangdo felt genuinely special.Amazing Food: Lunch at Gwangjang Market was delicious. Jung helped us navigate the busy stalls to try the best local street food.The small group size kept everything relaxed, and we loved finishing the day with views from N Seoul Tower. Highly recommend booking this tour—especially if you get Jung!

Don't miss it!

This is truly a one-of-a-kind experience and I would do it again without a doubt. We opted for the tour to take place on the first day of our trip to Seoul, and it was a great intro into the best of the best Korea has to offer, and helped us get rid of so much of the FOMO one has to make sure you try everything in Korea. Mike was the best! Super knowledgeable, nice, and accommodating to my wife who doesn't eat meat. The group size is perfect size and the tour just continues and you don't want it to stop! We are a family of foodies who have travelled the world, and I recommend Mike with a full stomach :)

A really interesting experience. Loved seeing the countryside outside of the major cities we visited. Our guide Erica was fabulous. Gave us such an honest and informative history of her wonderful country. It was really special to actually gaze over the DMZ - so steeped in these decades of history. My only comment on what was otherwise a great day, is that the access to the Suspension Bridge and Third tunnel are a little challenging. Thank you.

The tour was well-paced, informative, and thought-provoking. Our guide, Judy, was very knowledgeable and provided so much historical context behind the war and DMZ. We left around 7am and then returned a little after 3pm, which felt like a good amount of time to see everything. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Seoul!

Absolutely Worth It!!! Foreigner friendly

When I tell you this experience was a 10 out of 10…I mean it! Foreigner friendly I promise. Our tour guide Jake was the absolute best. So friendly and kind hearted. From the beginning to the end he was informative and communicated greatly. Took his time to ensure we had great photos and would offer to take them for us. Also answered any questions we had about the history of the city or general questions. There wasn’t one question Jake wasn’t able to answer. Unfortunately, during one of the walks I slightly rolled my ankle. Jake was so quick to assist me with finding the nearest convenience store. He helped to translate with the staff about my slight injury and they advised what I needed. Within 5 mins of me hurting my ankle I was all patched up. Jake bandaged my ankle with a cold patch and wrap and we were able to continue the tour. I had to move a lot slower to refrain from making my slight injury into a serious one. Jake would walk with me slowly and found me places to sit while he continued to explain to me the history of the sites we were visiting. I never felt rushed and I still got to experience the tour. I highly recommend this private tour to foreigners if your a bit nervous about exploring the city on your own. Jake was fluent in English and Korean which made it so much easier. Thanks again Jake for making this tour a memory that I will keep for a lifetime! ☺️

Fantastic Tour

Leo our guide was informative and humorous. I was traveling with a family member who has to use a cane and Leo made sure that she was taken care of especially when going up and down stairs. The tour was great, night views of Seoul were fantastic from the 63 Building. Glad I did this tour.

Best Tour We Have Ever Taken

Young was one of the best tour guides we have ever toured with. Young picked us up in our unconventional meeting location (the Laneige store in Myeong-dong), and proceeded to take us on a wonderful walking tour of Seoul. On our tour, we saw all of the major highlights of the city, as well as some hidden gems. Young took us to make museums and lookout points around the city. At the end of our tour, Young gave us advice for where to eat and what to see in the rest of our limited time in Seoul. Young is a PhD candidate studying Korean history, so he is very knowledgable about the city and he was able to answer any and all of our questions about Korean history, heritage, and culture. Young also knows the city very well and we felt very comfortable joining him all over the city. Apart from this, Young was very friendly and personable. we loved talking to him and learning about his life in Seoul. He told us about his travels as well, and we developed a friendship. We would recommend Young's tours to anyone traveling to Korea. Thank you, Young!
