Perfect day

I booked this trip the day before it left. My driver, Yudi, called me promptly to confirm time and location of pickup from my hotel in Ubud. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Also, very accommodating, this was my first time in Bali, and needed to stop by the store for some supplies on the way back to my hotel. Breathtaking experience!

This all day experience was amazing. Our driver Gede picked us up promptly at our hotel. The drive to the base of Mt. Batur was comfortable and safe. Once there, we met our trekking guide Yus. Yus was an amazing guide— he was patient, careful, and funny. We walked up the volcano in about 1.5 hours— taking time to stop as needed. We got to the top with plenty of time before sunrise. Yus prepared us breakfast and coffee. Even though it was intermittently cloudy this was an amazing experience— with gorgeous views. After sunrise, we walked to the summit, felt the hot steam, and began the trek down. The trek down gave us beautiful views of the caldera. After we made it back to the start point, Gede drove us to the Mount Batur natural hot springs. The drive through the area was beautiful. The hot springs felt great on our aching muscles! After the hot springs we went to a coffee plantation and learned about coffee and cacao growth and production. It was delicious! Gede then drove us back to the hotel where we collapsed into a satisfied nap. I cannot speak highly enough about the tour, guides, and experience. Such an amazing deal to see beautiful Bali!

This was such an excellent experience. Our driver and guide Win from Smile Bali Tour company was amazing. He made sure we were comfortable, was very friendly and informative. We were able to have a laugh with him, and it felt like spending the day with a friend. He even had umbrellas on hand for when it rained! We got to experience so much of Ubud in one day. As a non coffee drinker, the coffee spot managed to do something I thought was impossible - I actually ENJOYED a cup of coffee! 100% recommend, and if you happen to get Win as your driver you’re in for a fantastic day!

Wonderful Bali

It is an excellent tour. The driver was always on time. Surya was friendly, polite and informative. I will use this company the next time I travel to Bali. We saw all the popular places we wanted to see. The company paid for all the entrance fees and the photos. The 4 lunches were at great restaurants and delicious. Amazing Waterfall Adventure

The waterfalls are spectacular, and although it involves a bit of a drive and some hiking, the scenery along the way & the beautiful falls make it worth it. Our guides Mang Dut & Ajunk were fantastic. They were informative, pleasant & kept everyone safe. The communication & support from the crew at Forever Vacation was also excellent. Excellent experience with this trip and the staff was superb. First of all To start out we had a small snafu with our reservation but the company made it right for us. We are a family of four and our driver was Bagus. I can’t say enough about how patient and cordial he was with my family and attentive to our needs. This was a day trip that was soo easy and enjoyable and catered to our needs. The highlight was the atv ride which I was a bit nervous initially but the guide was very aware to keep all of us on track and I felt safe the whole time. They provide helmets and water boots and it is a very fun experience. My kids(21&15) will remember this experience with a smile on their face. Lunch was basic Balinese cuisine but plentiful and very tasty. Overall a great experience, professional staff well organized. Our guide Bagus made our experience even more special, thank you.
