The waterfalls are spectacular, and although it involves a bit of a drive and some hiking, the scenery along the way & the beautiful falls make it worth it. Our guides Mang Dut & Ajunk were fantastic. They were informative, pleasant & kept everyone safe. The communication & support from the crew at Forever Vacation was also excellent. We all had a great time & would highly recommend this adventure.

Excellent trip to some amazing waterfalls and the UNESCO Ulun Danu Beratan temple
Sutha was excellent and was really kind and really looked after us. Lots of steps up from the waterfalls so be warned it is not an easy walking trip. Well worth the hike though. If you find it tough Sutha will just adjust the programme so really flexible.
We had to abandon the last two due to heavy rain but Sutha substituted the temple which I have to say was an amazing sight!

Amazing day in Bali chasing waterfalls. From our pick up to drop with our guide Agus was a day never to forget. At every waterfall we had plenty of time to enjoy each one at our leisure. We did hire a photographer (well worth the money) the pictures turned out amazing we felt like Nova captured the beauty of the day along with our personality in every picture. Agus played amazing music in the car we sang and laughed through the Day. Agus and Nova made our day spectacular their company on this tour was the best, could not have asked for better tour guides, best of the best. Are greatest thanks to both of them for everything. Best day ever. Lunch was delicious.

Wow, this tour was way more intense than I thought, even though I knew we'd be hiking. We didn't see all the waterfalls, but the three we did were amazing, and everyone loved it. Our guide was the best; he made sure we ate, drank water, and even stayed back to help us up the trails. So many stairs! But, I totally recommend this tour to anyone. You can even hop on a motorbike at one waterfall to skip a 30-minute hike. If you're in Kuta, it's a long drive, so be ready to go by 7 am.

This tour was underwhelming. While the driver was kind, they didn’t make an effort to connect or provide the type of “private” experience I expected. For $258 USD plus $199 USD for a photographer, I anticipated much more.
During the long drive, the driver and photographer mostly spoke to each other in their own language and rarely engaged with me. There was little to no commentary about the areas we passed, which left the trip feeling flat.
The driver even missed the first waterfall and had to turn around—yet it wasn’t worth the stop anyway. It was small, shaded, and very cold, nothing close to what I expected for the price. The final waterfall was the only highlight, though it required climbing the equivalent of 76 floors and a long hike. You can pay extra for a scooter, but considering the cost of the tour, I feel that should be included.
The driver and guide did not participate in two of the waterfalls, instead waiting at the top, while the photographer hiked with us. At one waterfall, he even took a scooter on his own, leaving us behind—not a huge issue, but it felt disconnected from his guests.
Lunch was a 4/10 at best, though the views over the lake were beautiful and made that stop worthwhile.
This ended up being our most expensive excursion and the least enjoyable. I’ll see how the photos turn out, but as a frequent traveler and honest reviewer, I would recommend skipping this tour.

First, we want to assure you that none of the waterfalls were skipped. Our guide made a decision on the day to adjust the sequence of the stops to better accommodate the route and traffic conditions. This is something we also mention in our pre-tour communications — that depending on weather and road conditions, the order of attractions may change to ensure a smoother experience.
The itinerary for your tour was as follows:

As for Leke Leke Waterfall, our guide confirmed that he asked whether you wished to continue to that stop, but you had expressed that you were too tired after the first three waterfalls, which is completely understandable. We’re very sorry if this was not clearly communicated to you at the time — our intention is always to accommodate your comfort and preferences.
Regarding the moment where you had to turn around, our guide explained that a towel had been accidentally left at the restaurant after lunch, and we returned briefly to retrieve it. We apologize if this added any confusion to your experience.
We also understand your disappointment about the level of interaction during the drive. While our team is instructed to remain professional and respectful, they are also encouraged to engage with guests throughout the journey — not only to provide insights but also to create a more personal and memorable experience. We will be reminding all of our guides to maintain this standard and to be especially mindful of language use during the tour, so that no guest ever feels left out.
Finally, we’re sorry to hear that lunch did not meet your expectations. We always welcome constructive feedback on food and restaurant choices, and we’ll continue reviewing our partners to ensure we’re offering the best experience possible.

It was a fantastic day out. Exbi, our guide, was super flexible and adjusted the trip to want we wanted to see. The waterfalls were amazing, and lunch overlooking a beautiful lake was a delightful surprise. Just to be aware the walks to the waterfalls are arduous and have steep inclines and steps. The whole team at Forever Vacation were brilliant. Could not recommend highly enough.

Excellent tour, the guide was very enthusiast and helpful. Watefalls were beautiful. The restaurant and coffee shop were delicious. One minor issue was the guide was a bit sleepy during the trip, but he tried his best to give us a good time.

Very good tour! Our driver/guide, Sugara, was excellent: punctual, friendly, courteous, flexible and speaks very good English.
The waterfalls are beautiful. It’s a fairly long walk to the first one, with a lot of stairs - just a heads up for people who might have difficulties with that. At the second waterfall it was possible to swim. It’s very rocky, so water shoes are a good idea.
The lunch was a very good Indonesian buffet with a beautiful view.
As it was very rainy, we opted to skip the third waterfall and visit the Monkey Forest, which was on our route back. The monkeys were amazing. You can feed them peanuts and bananas, which they take carefully from your hand. The young ones tend to get a bit enthusiastic and will climb onto your arm or shoulder - fun, and great photo ops! We were very glad that Sugara was willing to change the itinerary and organise this with the company - two waterfalls, lunch and the monkeys was a perfect combination!

The waterfalls were beautiful as advertised. Our driver / guide Goku was excellent. The only comment I have is that Viator does not include an accurate description of what is physically required to get to these waterfalls. On average, these waterfalls require a hike of 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile over steep terrain that can be slippery. My Apple Watch recorded my climbing 58 flights of stairs (down first, then back up) at one of the waterfalls. Fortunately my wife and I were able to do it, but it was definitely a workout. I just think people should understand this so they can make an informed decision. We enjoyed the trip very much but some people would like to know this as it can effect choice of footwear, etc.

Turah Rai was the best guide, we had overestimated our stamina for the longer hike waterfalls and he was very flexible about changing our itinerary. He was engaging and kind. Great to talk to, ask him about his years working with elephants at a reserve. In terms of knowing if this excursion is for you, be ready for some steep climbing for about 1km.

This was probably the best part of our trip to Bali. The waterfalls were all beautiful and definitely worth the long ride from Kuta. Our tour guide, Gede, was awesome! He took some really great photos of my husband and I. He made a few cool videos too. We enjoyed this tour very much and are happy we decided to book it! Thank you to the entire team who communicated with us and kept us updated on tour specifics. Highly recommend this tour!

Awesome tour of hidden spots across Bali. None of the waterfalls were crowded so we were able to swim and take great photos. Rhory was our tour guide and he was amazing!

One of the best tours I have ever experienced. The waterfall is a must to see in Bali. Therefore, I would highly recommend it and our guide/paparazzi (uncle emadi) was professional and kind from the time he picked us from the hotel tell we arrived back.
