Snorkeling was in the description of tour. When we asked the guide for snorkeling gear (as this was not in the “what’s not included”) we were told they didn’t provide it. When I showed him the description he said it was something they were looking to add and apologized as he called the office for clarification. The lady apologized again for the confusion and was going to look into what they could do. After not seeing any resolution I reached back out several times and was never provided an answer or refund. I reached out to Viator customer service who assured me I would be provided a refund and never received it.. Such poor customer service!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the confusion regarding the snorkeling gear. While snorkeling at the beach is possible, gear is not provided. We understand how the description may have caused some misunderstanding, and because of this, we took steps to improve operations moving forward by adding snorkeling gear as an optional add-on for guests.

Wasn’t what we had anticipated but definitely enjoyed every minute. Staff are great and very accommodating to ensure you have a great experience. You don’t drive the ATV but are driven to locations and scenic views you would’ve never thought of. Highly recommend booking with them.
