Booking was easy and PDF arrived no issues. I have found in the past that information on Viator app and the PDF in email can differ so while app gives address PDF advised that the shop is hidden behind the small island of vegitarion in the middle of the street. Shop is small. Does have a toilet there before the tour. All bikes where set up and in good condition and super fast. Water provided. Tour was with a young man who's name started with D but I don't have his card so can't remember his name. Tour was 4hrs15 long with no food break. At first 2 -3 stops there was A LOT of historical information and photo images. Our guide knew so much history. The tour after those first few stops was very fast moving. Information was more consise for the places we stopped at which was great. Lots of cobblestone areas so quite bumpy in places. This was our second ebike tour and trip to Prauge but we covered more area and spaces Id not been to before which was awesome. A lady did fall on our tour on last very steep downhill leg due to a road working area with dust and grit on the ground which was so unfortunate. Our guide had warned us but would suggest if your not confident riding downhill, I'd suggest walking down while road/path works are ongoing in the park. At the end we didn't get beers but did get a 15% of voucher for the Olympia Cafe which is just around the corner from the bike tour premises which was amazing in its self and well worth a visit. My only comment was just a bit to much historical info for to long at the start but that's just a read your audience thing. All in all a great guide and excellent tour which I would recommend. Matej was an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable and fun to be around. I didn’t think I’d last the full 7 hours but it flew by and I had energy to spare. We saw so much of the city! Coffee and sweets at a cafe and an authentic lunch with locals was great! If you’re in Prague for a short time but want to see as much as you can then this tour is for you. I highly recommend! Our e-bike tour was excellent from beginning to end. Finding the location and checking in were easy. The business is run by a brother and sister, and they were as professional as could be. I don’t remember his name, but Patricia was our guide, and she was absolutely amazing! Not only did we visit incredible viewpoints of Prague, many of which we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own, but Patricia was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the city’s history. She paid close attention to details and made sure everyone rode safely, especially when we crossed busy areas. I highly recommend this tour as a fantastic way to start your visit to Prague and get a great overview of the city’s layout. Just do it, you’ll love it!

Martin led a fantastic private tour from Prague to the Karlštejn Castle. We had made a mistake with our original booking and he quickly helped us rectify it! He picked us up at the hotel, fit us for our bikes, led a thorough tutorial on how to use the bikes and asked for thoughts on how we wanted to spend our time! Throughout the ride Martin always made sure to ask which type of path we would prefer, which we greatly appreciated. We had stops for strudel, delicious, beer and a traditional Czech lunch. After lunch Martin left us at the foot of the castle to go explore and purchased us train tickets to return back to Prague at our leisure. The ride was spectacular and he brought us to an incredible viewpoint where we could get photos of the castle. We would highly recommend this experience! Thank you Martin!

A fun and safe way to get around Prague. It allowed us to see so much more of the city in a more personal and up close way than traveling by bus. We opted for the 3 hour tour and it was well worth it as we got to reach the outskirts of town with terrific overviews. If you're fortunate you will get Jakob as your guide. He really knows the back ways and ins and outs to bypass some of the most crowded streets and his knowledge of the city and its history is exceptional.

This tour was amazing, a highlight of our trip. Tippy, our guide, was patient with us as we learned to navigate the trikes. Once he felt confident with our abilities, we were guided through the streets of Prague, stopping at various sites, sharing his historical knowledge. What a great experience.

I’ve started doing a bike tour our first day in a new city to get a sense for the sites and the history. It’s also a great way to stay awake if we have jet lag. This tour was especially good. We went places we never would have seen on our own (monastery near the castle, park overlooking the city, and the John Lennon memorial wall, for instance). Thomas was very knowledgeable and chose interesting stops with importance on many levels (art, history, politics, culture, etc.). Two warnings: Prague is quite hilly so choose the e-bike option unless you’re training for the Tour de France, also, going down steep cobblestone lanes with a light rain was a bit nerve wracking. I love that we did it, but I would not recommend this tour to people who are uncertain on a bike. Overall a great experience for us!
