A chance to experience a quieter, more intimate side of Kraków — and find a moment of stillness in a place filled with history. Deep Rest takes place in a beautifully restored, century-old ballroom dating back to 1907, just a 20-minute walk from Wawel Castle. Tucked away in Dębniki, Embodiment Studio is a hidden gem for travellers seeking something beyond the usual tourist experience. The ballroom’s distinctive architecture and historic character are an essential part of the experience, not simply a backdrop. Sessions are kept intentionally small, with a maximum of 9 guests, allowing everyone to enjoy a sense of space, comfort and intimacy. Settle into your own Japanese-style futon, with soft pillows and blankets. Crystal Tones™ singing bowls, gong, intuitive voice and gentle aromatherapy create an immersive sensory journey, inviting you to slow down, turn inward and deeply rest. Here, architecture, sound and rest come together.
