This was the perfect day trip we chose for our anniversary. Our guides Camas and Carlos were great and made us feel welcomed from the moment we entered their van. Camas knew history of the areas and fun details and threw in the best humor. He took great care of us. They picked us up and dropped us off at our resort and it was great. The sea turtles were awesome to experience so close, two came up right in front of us! Talum was really awesome to see too, but the favorite was most definitely the cenotes. Absolutely breathtaking. If we ever come back, we will for sure be doing another cenotes tour! Maybe even doing the scuba experience next time! The entire cenotes park was such a fun vibe, they provided us lunch which the best food we have had our entire trip, including our resorts restaurants! Highly highly recommended! Amazing experience that I’d highly recommended. Isla Contoy is the gem of the trip, truly a tropical paradise. We skipped snorkeling during to winds and currents, which we didn’t mind bc it gave us more time to spend exploring Isla Mujeras. Kudos to Fernando, Diego, and the whole crew for making it a very special and memorable trip.

The whole trip was nice. The guide gives you a lot of info about the Maya culture. I bought a maya horoscope since it was beautiful but don't buy anything else at the first store you stop by because you will find everything at a fraction of the cost at the Chichen site. Our guide and driver, Saul and Henry, were very nice, patient, and helpful.

Although a long day of approximately 16 hours, the experience and tour guide were well worth it! Comfortable bus with water, soft drinks and beer included at each stop. Knowledgeable tour guide Alejandro that took the time to give historical answers to all our questions. Tulum and Coba were Mayan ruins in two very different locations on windy coast and inner forest. The ability to walk up the steps of Coba was a-mazing! Local linch and Mayan blessing was a lovely addition for the day. The cenoté was very relaxing and refreshing in the beauty of being totally underground and only our tour at the location. The stop in Playa del Carmen was a bit too peopley for me but was a short stop and the sorbet was yummy. Highly recommend the tour and to bring supper snacks in your day bag.

My husband and I had traveled to Tulum and Coba 15 years ago without a tour guide and kids but this time, since we wanted our kids to have the experience we went with the Viator tour. It was one of the only tours that combined the two locations plus a cenote and was affordable. Our tour guide was Herlan. He was an amazing teacher and storyteller and made the experience even better than our first trip there because we learned so much! Tulum was beautiful, Coba was really interesting and the kids liked being able to bike to the sites. The cenote was an added bonus. My daughter loved jumping in from the 10-15 foot above. Thank your Herlan for making this a very special and memorable trip!

This is a full day (15 hours for us) of activities with a great tour guide. I enjoyed that all of our entrance tickets for Chichen Itza and two cenotes were already covered so we didn't have to spend more money. Our guide was really good about setting "house rules" to make sure everyone was well prepared for the trip and how to safely return to the correct bus. I enjoyed the cultural explanations along the way. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to have a great experience at Chichen Itza and some cenotes. Make sure to bring a tip for lunch, driver, and guide.

This was such an exciting trip! It was our first main tour of a few we did in our 9 day holiday at Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, and it certainly set the bar high. First we went out of a boat with our guides and a group of about 15 others to go snorkelling on the second biggest reef in the world! We were given a floatation jacket, snorkel and mask, and flippers, and then once out at sea (maybe a 10 minute boat ride) we jumped off the edge of the boat to explore the beautiful under sea world of the reef and some amazing sea creatures. We saw plenty of fish, a turtle, a few rays and even a barracuda! There was a fair bit of swimming required, although the guide who lead us did have a life ring on a rope, if needed. We swam for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and to be fair, I was exhausted by the end, being a confident but less than fit swimmer. We were never that far from the boat, but certainly quite a way out to sea, so no sloping off to the beach for a rest. Bear this in mind if you are not the most confident swimmer - let them know before the swimming begins! I have snorkelled before but not for a couple of decades. My wildlife loving partner had never snorkelled before and he absolutely loved this experience, as I had hoped he would! We then got back on the boat via a ladder and returned to the harbour at Puerto Morelos, just had time for a quick coffee and slice of cake to recharge my energy levels (these were included in the price), ready for our next adventure at Rio Secreto underground river and nature reserve. For me, this was the most exciting part of the day. We donned wet suits and hard hats with a head lamp on, and water shoes (take your own if you have them) and our wonderful guide, Diago, took us first to meet a shaman for a blessing for our journey, and then we went down into he cave complex amongst the most incredible stalactites and stalacmites, wading through the waters of the underground cave. If you have swum in a cenote, which we did in a subsequent trip, this is different as you have to walk in a line along the river, in and out of small lakes and streams and tunnels underground, lit only by head torches - it was incredibly atmospheric! Diago made it really fun and also paid attention to our safety, and we had 2 other guides with us - a photographer and a second guide to make sure we were all ok. There were some tight spaces to navigate, rocks to climb over, and lots of steps up and down under the water, which Diago lit with his torch under the water so it was easier to find my footing. He is clearly really passionate about caving, and his joy was infectious - rarely have I had so much fun, it was like being a child all over again! At one point we all turned our torches off and were in absolute pitch blackness for a few seconds - truly breathtaking! Honestly, if you want to have an adventure, give this trip a try, but be aware that you need to be relatively able bodied to really enjoy the underground river as once you're in, you need to keep going through the cave system with your group. That said it was enormous fun and I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Thank you Diago for making it such a special experience.

Travelling from playa de carmen takes 2hrs 45min but worth the journey for the 'instagrammable' salt flats, exciting boat ride and visit to the croc farm. An excellent lunch included and the tour guide (maui and manuel, the driver) was very friendly and knowledgable. Defo reccomend we had a great time
