The only way to go!

Getting Eric to drive us from CDG to the hotel was the best decision we've made so far! He was waiting with a sign right away after we got our luggage and it couldn't have been easier. He was friendly, thoughtful and somehow got us thru very busy highways with no problem. So glad we weren't driving! Along the way he answered our questions and was just a pleasure. I would highly recommend this service and Eric was a very competent and professional driver. Completely worth it! P

Paris with No Worries!!

What an excellent experience! We had Erik twice as our driver and he was amazing. Prompt, loaded and unloaded the bags, provided tips and places that we could not miss! Excellent driver, the best way to travel from CDG to hotel in Paris

Our driver was excellent. Our airline reservation gave him a bit of confusion, because we were booked through American Airlines but flew on British Airways, but he was right there to meet us at arrivals. He grabbed two of our four suitcases himself and walked us to his van, where each of the four of us had a much-needed bottle of water waiting. He navigated the Paris roads expertly and pointed out significant landmarks along the way.

Fantastic - worth every penny

I highly recommend this service - Samantha was fantastic. She communicated proactively, arrived ahead of schedule, and expertly managed our family's substantial luggage. Most importantly, she waited for us when we were significantly delayed by a long line in the new European Entry System -- and even helped another family find a new driver, after they realized theirs had left because of the delay. On our return to the airport, she efficiently guided us through the VAT process and helped navigate my father's need for a wheelchair, accompanying us all the way to security. She went above and beyond in every way, including making a special stop to get ice for my mother's hand after she fell waiting in the EES line. We could not have asked for better care or support.

Reliable and professional

They were timely in picking us up at the airport and dropping us off and did an excellent job. The only one Miner detail was the fact that that they were trying to ask if we could fit with three people in a regular sedan. I let them know what our luggage was and told them that they need to do what they needed to do to pick us up since we had booked it for three people with luggage. They ended up bringing a minivan.

Excellent Communication and Easy Transfer to Hotel

We arrived into Gare du Nord at 9pm via the Eurostar. I was traveling with my parents (in their 70's), husband, and 8yr old son, so I really didn't want to try to navigate traffic, organize taxis, etc in a city I had never been to during the evening hours. Thought having this prearranged driver would be the easiest and it 100% was. Our driver was waiting for us at the end of the platform when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. He was very kind and safely got us to our hotel. He even helped carry our bags into the lobby. Communication from Comfort Cars prior to pick up was excellent as well and accommodated all questions. 100% recommend this company!

Get there fast. Then use public transport.

Our driver was on time, waited for us to get through customs, and took time to read our vibe. I napped and my partner chatted with our driver, it was a chill and relaxing experience. Which is welcome and needed following a 10 hour flight. 10/10 He also ensured we knew where our hotel was and that we were able to get in before departing and pointed out areas of interest along the way.

It was so nice to use...

It was so nice to use this transfer service from our hotel to the train station! The driver was prompt - actually early, which was good, as we got behind a garbage pick-up truck on the narrow one-way street that our hotel was located on. But we got to the train station in good time - even early enough to jump on an earlier train to London. I would definitely recommend this service.
