Waterfalls East of Portland
This tour took a small group (max 12) in a van to 45 minutes east of Portland. Carrie was our tour guide and did an excellent job. We visited about 4 waterfalls and an overlook of the Columbia River Valley. It was a beautiful day. Most of the hikes were a short walk. One was a little longer.

5/5 stars — an easy recommendation!
5/5 stars — an easy recommendation!
Our Columbia River Gorge tour was absolutely beautiful, and our tour guide, Sean, made the experience exceptional. He took the time to get to know each person in the group, interacted with everyone throughout the day, and made every stop interesting and engaging. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and personable approach really elevated the entire experience.
We learned so much about the area, its history, and the natural beauty of the Gorge. The scenery was stunning, and the tour was well-paced and enjoyable from start to finish.
Our kids, ages 10 and 14, had a great time as well, which says a lot! Sean did a fantastic job making the tour enjoyable for all ages.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Sean, for such a memorable day!

Our experience was great and we truly enjoyed it! Our tour guide Rob was awesome! He was very informative and pleasant! We enjoyed learning about the history of the places we went to. Right to the point, you get taken to all the cool spots and is so easy, no worrying about driving, parking or passes. Totally recommend it 10/10!

Beautiful coastal tour with a knowledgeable guide!
Scenic tour. Takes you to beautiful beaches around the coast. Aaron(?) our guide was very knowledgeable and provided the interesting history of the historic points. Worth taking this tour. We were kept on time and were provided with great tips of coffee and eating places too.

Waterfalls and more!
This has so far been the highlight of our trip. Dan went above and beyond for us in this tour, made sure we got to see everything we wanted, at our own pace, and is clearly incredibly knowledgeable. I don't think there was a single question about the tour he didn't know the answer to. Would highly recommend Dan and this tour to anyone exploring Oregon. Thank you Dan!

Decent but worth it
My experience was decent. The reason is that I visited the Devil’s Throat at Iguazú Falls in Argentina. After you experience a waterfall like the Devil’s Throat, most waterfalls don’t compare. However, Carrie was a great tour guide. She was knowledgeable. easy to talk to and offered recommendations for activities to experience Portland's culture, which I appreciated. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water when you hike to the waterfalls because you may get winded. The Tour also included free bottles of water and snacks, just in case you forget your own.
All in all. I will recommend this Tour because you get to meet great like-minded people. I met people from Qatar to New York City. Everyone bonded over our affinity for Mother Nature’s treasures.

GO Chasing Waterfalls.
Fabulous...self-guided hike with just enough time to see all the park has to offer. There is nothing like a walk behind the waterfall. The pre-fuel stop at the coffee shop in Silverton was an added bonus. The hike has minimal elevation gain, so don't let the longer hike intimidate you. It's worth it.

I highly recommend it! ...
I highly recommend it! I’ve had an amazing time visiting Portland for the first time. The duration of the tour was just nice, I don’t feel rushed in a group tour. Gunner, our tour guide/driver was very knowledgeable, amazing story teller, and was very helpful! Not only did I enjoyed the sightseeing, I’ve also learnt a fair bit of history about Portland and the food scene! Thanks for the fun experience!

Great escape for a conference attendee
I had such a wonderful time and got everything out of it that I wanted! The storytelling and history paired with the hiking route really made for a wonderful experience. I was in town for a conference and this was a great way to change up the week and experience some of the beauty of Portland!

Mt Hood/Winery experience
Our tour guide was very friendly and a wealth of knowledgeable about the area. The tour included multiple stops along the way to take in the beauty of the Columbia River Gorge/ Mt Hood area . The included wine tasting was a nice addition and there were a lot of options to choose from.

A great experience
This day trip was a great way to experience a lot of the area’s highlights in a small amount of time. The guide, John, did a wonderful job of explaining what we were seeing. We were on and off the van numerous times to gaze out at overlooks of the Columbia River, and for me, the highlights were Multnomah Falls and Timberline Lodge - with snow! I wish we had more time in Hood River though.
