Everything about this tour was perfect. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to modify our tour for our specific desires. The tour itself was very educational. The various water falls were amazing and beautiful. We highly recommend this tour.

Dan is an amazing guide! His knowledge of the history of the area is impressive! The tour of several falls including a Wahkeena,
Bridal Veil and Multnomah then finishing with a tasty meal at Multnomah lodge was amazing!
I highly recommend Dan as a tour guide!

We had a fantastic tour with Dan. He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure to customize the tour for our whole family. The car was very clean and he provided snacks and water, which was a great touch. Dan is very nice and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to experience the Columbia River Gorge and the waterfalls.

Dan was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, personable, and knew exactly where to take us for the best Gorge views and photo spots. Traveling with our family required some flexibility, and he was incredibly patient and accommodating, adjusting the itinerary to fit our needs. One of the highlights of our Oregon trip. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Dan, was excellent! He share his extensive knowledge about the history of the place and was caring and thoughtful about the physical limitations of my husband (age 80 with some mobility issues). We enjoyed thoroughly our tour and all the sites we saw.

The tour was great and Dan was great. He really knows the history around of the area. And took us to all the great spots, he even made us lunch reservations which was unexpected. He also provided a mid tour snack and waters. There were four of us and we had a fabulous time, would high recommend.

This has so far been the highlight of our trip. Dan went above and beyond for us in this tour, made sure we got to see everything we wanted, at our own pace, and is clearly incredibly knowledgeable. This was an amazing experience!!!!! Our family traveled with an elderly and disabled child. DAN WAS AMAZING AND SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. Our tour was great. Dan is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He told us many facts and stories about the area. For example, how the gorge was formed was so interesting – we had no inkling before this tour. My wife and I are in our 70s so we don’t move as fast as we used to. He was very accommodating and patient as we walked at our pace on the trails. He also took beautiful photos of us at each site. We highly recommend the private tour with Dan.

This tour was the highlight of my trip! Daniel was knowledgeable and made the tour very easy. He even adjusted the itinerary for my husbands birthday and really made the day feel special, bonus points for being a great photographer! This was a great, informative tour. Had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it. Dan was great to work with! He picked us up from our hotel and had a full route worked out. A little rain didn’t stop us and we had a wonderful meal at Bingham fish market which he recommended due to it being a local establishment. Right up our alley

I booked this tour for a stay in Oregon and was very happy I did. Our tour guide, Dan, was very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time telling us about all that we saw. He even changed our tour date due to rain so we would be able to enjoy it more. We saw a number of waterfalls as well as the Columbia Gorge. Well worth it.

What a wonderful half day spent on a private tour with Dan! I'm a photographer and dreamed about photographing fall colors in the Columbia River Gorge. Before the tour Dan made sure he understood exactly what I really hoped to capture. On the day of, we assessed where we wanted to go given the weather and lighting. Dan gave great advice on angles and view points and was always willing to use my iphone to grab some photos of me at each location. He arrived promptly and was keenly aware of the time as I had to be back in Portland for a flight out that night. Dan educated me on the geologic history of the area which I found so fascinating! He also presented me with a snack bag and bottled water. I can't wait to book with Dan the next time I'm in Portland and want to go on a tour! I highly recommend him!

Dan, our tour operator was so knowledgeable and courteous. He just made it a fabulous day for me and my friends. The weather was perfect and we got to see so many waterfalls, and various points of interest. Dan was so thoughtful to bring us all a little snack bag and bottle of water. We were able to do a little hiking. Some of us were very adventurous and went further, but if you weren’t into hiking there was beautiful scenery everywhere we went. I also appreciate the fact that Dan was a very good and safe driver. We also were able to do a little shopping at some of the gift shops and had lunch at the Brigham Fish cafe. The halibut and chips were fantastic, not greasy at all. The salmon chowder was a great treat for me, since I’m allergic to clams. It was truly a wonderful experience.

Dan was communicative throughout the booking process, answering questions and accommodating our special requests. He even offered to drop us off at the airport. While the weather wasn't ideal, that was beyond his control. His car was clean, and he drove smoothly. We enjoyed the many stops and delicious lunch, with a bonus snack and bottled water. Dan's flexibility made this tour a great choice.

Dan has an in depth knowledge of the diverse landscape along the Columbia River. From prehistoric to present day he explains the area through multiple lenses throughout history. He is very friendly and worldly and it was a fascinating joy to spend the day with him. Hurry and book this tour before someone else does!
