We got the New York experience, loud and fast, which was great because it was a perfect way to get immersed into their culture and understand life from their perspective. Our tour guide was AWESOME! She was super knowledgeable and provided us with a plethora of facts at each location. It’s clear to me that she cares a lot about her position as a tour guide and she was intent on giving us the best and most enlightening experience possible. My best friend and I learned so much about each location and the surrounding area, it was perfect! It was also a great way to create a game-plan for other places to explore post-tour! Highly recommend!

Best tour i have done. Had a very limited knowledge of NYC. Jim our tour guide was so passionate about NYC. He showed us so much of NYC we would had never seen or known. We discovered so may hidden gems that we would not had seen on a bus tour. If in NYC for the 1st time, do this tour, you won't be disappointed. A++

New York in a Day Walking Tour

This is a fast paced tour, so good walking shoes are a must. Our guide, Cale, made everything awesome from start to finish. He even taught us how to navigate the subway system and snapped amazing photos of us. I highly recommend this tour because yes, you can find the sights on your own, but Cale provided so much history and background info to enhance our sight seeing experience that we would never know on our own. This tour is well worth the cost.

What a wonderful, wonderful experience. Being a part of "Dale's KOOL KATS" was definitely a highlight of my trip! Dale was our tour guide, and what a wonderful gentleman he is. Full of knowledge and hilarious jokes! The tour itself was amazing. We had what felt like a full days worth of activities. We hit 4 different points on our tour & each point was amazing. I will suggest to bring a change of shoes/socks, but don't change until AFTER you do the Cave of the Winds. I actually didn't know what that attraction was. I thought water was done after the Maid of the Mist ride & also since Cave of the Winds was the last attraction. Be prepared to get soaked lol. It didn't really matter to me because it was breathtaking & so much fun! In total, I give this tour an A+. They did a great job communicating details via email & phone. The pick up locations were clear & easy to find if you don't have a hotel pickup option. The tour was very organized, and the bus accomodation was very clean and comfortable. So glad I chose to go with this tour!

This tour is a must do!

We had a great time on this tour! The Falls are absolutely stunning and the power of the so much water is incredible! Stand on the Hurricane Deck at the Cave of the Winds! We will be totally soaked but you will have really experienced Niagara Falls!! With the tour, we were able to get really close to the falls in several places for different amazing perspectives!

Pat went over the top as a tour guide

The tour went on for over 6 1/2 hours and for most people that would probably be too much however Pat was unreal. Not only did he really know the citi having lived here all his life but shared it enthusiastically. One of the things I had underestimated was the impact Emotional impact. of the destruction of the twin towers. He was vivid in his description of what it occurred. He donates a lot of his time still this long after the terrorist attack. he was also very passionate about respecting by our actions. The fact that this has been well preserved and is a a memorial is vital important to be remembered.

Lovely, informative boat ride.

Lovely, easy, delightful experience. It was like going back in time. The information given on the ride was interesting and thought provoking. The captain was a jovial, helpful man. The bartenders were helpful and one of them went out of his way to help me charge my phone. Well worth it. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to a seat, relax, have a drink and learn some new things.

Great Experience!

Our tour guide, Mark, was amazing—super friendly and very informative! He took us to each attraction and gave us a thorough history of the Falls, which really made the experience special. I’m so glad we chose to have a guide, because we saw several people who looked completely lost, and we even pointed them toward our guide so they could follow along. Having a knowledgeable guide made all the difference—definitely worth it!

Highly recommend, Oscar is a great tour guide

My fiancé and I went out to dinner, went on a boat tour to see the falls lit up at night, got to see fireworks from the boat, and we were able to change the color of the falls, which was by far the best part of the trip! We highly recommend this tour, Oscar was an amazing tour guide. We had an incredible time and look forward to the next time we visit the area.

Perfect Sail on the Hudson!

It was a beautiful day sailing on the Hudson getting a different and wonderful view of the city! Sailing past Lady Liberty and Ellis Island was fantastic! The boat was comfortable, the crew were helpful and the Captain was so knowledgeable sharing many details unknown to us. And is always fun meeting an interacting with fellow travelers. Highly recommend this tour!!
