No regrets tour!

Randy was on point with all of his suggestions. This tour was fantastic to see both the US and Canada side in one day! Highly recommend to anyone that would like to not coordinate and drive to each location and pay for parking. This tour allows you to sit back and enjoy each stop.

Wonderful experience, could have used a heads up on some things not available however.

Not the first time I have used Viator, will not be the last. In ERO, and stateside, consistent, wonderful service. Our guide today (Jorge) and driver were top notch. Only concern I had was with the marketing folks. A tour of the Apollo Theater and Queens Museum were included in the marketing, however both were unavailable at time of booking and it was not disclosed. They did however charge the same price as if they were part of the tour. Something company should address going forward.

Great tour with all the best fall views

This tour keeps the group small, which is great for getting around without long waits. They give you adequate time to enjoy the sites and even start the tour off with a drive around the area to give you the big picture and historical details. Our guide Kat was super friendly, knowledgeableand obviously loves her job.

Solange was the best! She...

Solange was the best! She was very friendly and brought excitement to the tour. The tour flew by with her as our guide. We stayed long enough at each stop to get a good feeling for the neighborhoods. My personal favorite stop was the last one at the park near the Brooklyn bridge. Highly recommend this tour to get outside of Manhattan for the day.

A Great Way to See NYC

An easy way to see many of the NYC highlights. Our guide Garrett was very entertaining and informative. There was plenty of time to see the main attractions such as Rockefeller Centre, Empire State Building, World Trade Center 9/11 Memorial and the Statue of Liberty. Good value for money and the guides really looked after us. Highly recommended.

Circular line around Manhattan cruise is fantastic. It’s the best for a first comers to see the best of New York Tour Guide Alexia is very knowledgeable plus can sing. She has provided a great narration of all buildings and parks . This tour has been recommended to us and we’re gladly recommending to others. Everyone has been very helpful with directions and guidance. Alexia singing has been very good and at the right times.

Our tour guide was Adam ! i’ll tell you i’m proud to be part of the adam’s family. we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and it was absolutely amazing time. The history and the experience our tour guide provided was great. he shared history and fun facts about niagara which made the experience memorable i’m over all satisfied also he was very caring with the other guest making sure no one missed out because of a missing passport

Fun, fast and fantastic!

If you like speed, adventure and being out on the water, this experience is for you!! The music playlist was great and the staff were fantastic. You will get wet (from the waves and from the watergun that they randomly spray at you) and the boat goes really fast (which makes it bumpy like an amusement ride) so be prepared. The boat stops right by the statue of liberty for a few minutes to let you get great photos. The boat staff also offer to take pics of you with your phone, no charge. The boat has seatbelts and the seats are very comfy. Highly recommend especially on a sunny day. We would do it again!

Great for first timers to New York

Dress appropriate for the weather. We were fortunate enough to get to set on top (not everyone gets to sit on the top even though that’s what the name implies) and it was cold and windy. The tour itself was great, the company provides earbuds for you to listen to commentary if you prefer. If seated downstairs, there are huge windows to see out of, but the reflection will make photos hard to get.
