Our guide Ross was absolutely fantastic. A helpful, witty and very knowledgeable person - providing us with many interesting facts and helpful tips. The tour itself exceeded my expectations and was the highlight of our visit to the US. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful day in Niagara Falls. Frank was our guide, he was easy to spot wearing his red kilt. The full day in ishtar was perfect, we saw the falls from every angle. The boat ride opened from USA side the day prior, it was a nice surprise as this was the highlight of the experience, expect to get wet!!! The Behind the Falls portion of the tour was also amazing!!! We will be back and most likely spend the night in Niagara Falls vs driving in from Toronto, There’s so much to see, we didn’t plan for Niagara by the Lake but heard it’s a must see! Thank you for a great experience Frank!

I enjoyed my experience very much. It was described well, meeting point was easy to find, guide Jack was fun and a great storyteller, kept us informed about where and when to meet at all points on the journey, the ferry experience was very good, the visit to Liberty Island was filled with awe, and Ellis island was great, too. I had to hop on the ferry back to New York by 1:30 to meet a friend for lunch and did not have time to explore the immigration museum, sadly. Plan nothing after this tour so you are free to stay as long as you want on Ellis Island. I would do this again! I plan to get a ticket in advance to see the interior of Lady Liberty next time. Thanks to everyone who makes this happen!
