What are people saying about Nairobi

Good experience
Great experience. The orphanage is only open to the public between 11 and 12 and is focused on the background of the animals and feeding.
We are not allowed to feed or touch the animals but you are close enough to enjoy the experience. Definitely recommend you get there well before 11 to secure a good viewing spot. The tour driver will ensure this. Also be prepared for a couple of stops to see a market and bead factory.
Also be aware that this price does not include park entrance fees which will need to be paid prior to entry to the park.
Overall a good and fun experience

This is a cultural...
This is a cultural experience of cooking a traditional Kenyan meal. Nimoh took us to the market and we chose the ingredients. In the market Nimoh explained the various fruit and vegetables that are characteristic of many Kenyan dishes. We then went to her apartment and prepared the ingredients for a meal and talked and laughed. It was an educational experience but was also great fun.

Gabriel was an absolutely...
Gabriel was an absolutely outstanding driver and guide! From the moment we met him, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about sharing his country with us. He answered every question we had with incredible knowledge and gave us fascinating insights into the history, culture, and daily life of Kenya.
What really impressed us was how he made our ambitious itinerary possible in a single day without ever making us feel rushed. He knew exactly how to plan the route efficiently while still giving us time to enjoy each stop. Along the way, he pointed out places of interest, shared local stories, and made sure we got the most out of our experience.
Beyond being an excellent driver, Gabriel has a fantastic personality. He was kind, easy to talk to, professional, and made the entire day enjoyable. His knowledge, warmth, and dedication turned what could have been just transportation into one of the highlights of our trip.
If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about providing an exceptional experience, I can’t recommend Gabriel highly enough!

Amazing cultural experience
This is an amazing tour. Although it took 2 hours to get to the village, it was so worth it. The Masai villagers were friendly and welcoming, showing us their boma and houses. We were lucky to happen to witness them slaughtering a goat for a later evening meeting of the elders. We learned all about their past and present ways of life, they showed us how to make a fire and throw a spears, and gave us a beautiful performance of songs, dances and prayers before we parted ways. Tim was our guide and he answered any and all questions we have about Kenya, Nairobi, and the Masai people. We are so glad we chose this tour on our short stay in Nairobi and highly recommend it.

A fantastic experience in...
A fantastic experience in Nairobi! Joseph, my guide picked me up right on schedule and showed me around this fantastic national park right outside Nairobi. He did a great job upfront inquiring about which animals I was most interested in seeing. When he found out that I really wanted to see and photograph Black Rhinos and maybe a leopard, he immediately adjusted the tour to give me the best opportunity. He is very knowledgeable of the park and went out of his way to help me achieve my goals. Ultimately, he did locate a lone black rhino that I was able to photograph. Overall, a great experience!

A Perfect Kenyan Adventure: Hell’s Gate & Lake Naivasha with the Best Team
Our tour to Hell's Gate National Park and Lake Naivasha was truly one of the most memorable travel experiences we’ve ever had — and the perfect introduction to Kenya and Africa!
From the very beginning, everything was flawless. Our driver — and now our new friend — David picked us up from our hotel in Nairobi exactly at the agreed time. Not even one minute late! That level of professionalism immediately set the tone for the day.
During the drive to Hell’s Gate, both my wife and I had an incredible conversation with him. We spoke about Kenya’s history, culture, society, and everyday life. We learned so much in just a few hours. Beyond being an amazing person, David is extremely mature for his young age — thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his country. He made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited for what was ahead.
At Hell’s Gate, we met our guide Gomez — another incredible person! He guided us through the national park on bicycles, and what a unique experience that was. Cycling through a national park surrounded by wildlife is something you don’t experience everywhere in the world — and it is definitely much better than taking a car (which you can do elsewhere).
We spotted so many animals: giraffes, zebras, impalas, wildebeests, baboons, and many more. The scenery was breathtaking — especially the beautiful gorge and the dramatic landscapes that famously inspired Disney’s The Lion King.
Gomez truly went the extra mile to ensure we had a smooth and unforgettable experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and even took amazing photos of us that we will treasure forever. We feel incredibly lucky that on the same day we met both David and Gomez — two wonderful people who made the experience exceptional.
After leaving Hell’s Gate, we met David again and headed to Lake Naivasha. There, we enjoyed a fantastic boat tour with Nicholas. What we saw on the lake was simply unbelievable.
We spotted hundreds of animals: hippos, gnu (wildebeests), fish eagles, pelicans, zebras, and more. One of the highlights was watching the eagles hunt. Nicholas threw fish into the water, and we witnessed these majestic birds dive from far away with incredible precision. Seeing their skill up close was breathtaking.
After the boat tour, we relaxed at the lovely Lake Naivasha Crescent Camp, where we enjoyed delicious local food and the warm hospitality of the people there. It was the perfect way to end such an exciting day.
This was our first trip to Kenya — and our first time in Africa — as well as our first tour experience in the country. We could not have asked for a better introduction. From the stunning landscapes and wildlife to the warmth and kindness of the people, everything exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to David, Gomez, and Nicholas for making this day unforgettable. We fully enjoyed every moment and felt truly welcomed.
We definitely recommend this tour to everyone visiting Kenya. It is unique, adventurous, educational, and simply magical.

Prompt, Professional, Friendly
Our driver was friendly and extremely punctual—he was already there when we arrived, even though our plane landed 45 minutes early. He also contacted us via WhatsApp the day before our flight, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about meeting him upon arrival at Nairobi airport. Great start to the trip.

We felt very welcome, the Maasai tribe is amazing!
My friend and I had a great time on this tour. Everyone was so sweet and we enjoyed sharing ugali and talking about life together in one of the homes. It was really cool to be able to experience their culture and how they live. They are very open and will answer any questions you have about their culture and way of life. We felt very welcome in their space! If I get the chance to do this tour again, I 100% will!

The tour company messaged...
The tour company messaged me via WhatsApp the night before and let me know all the logistics for the tour such as how to get our park entry tickets and what time to be ready. The pick up time was 20 minutes before six with six being in the advertised time on the tour page, so that may end up varying slightly, depending on how many people they have to pick up from various places.
Our tour guide, Daniel, was very friendly and knowledgable and offered us lots of interesting facts as we drove around the park and saw different animals. We saw three of the big five which is great because they don’t have elephants and leopards are very elusive :) along with that we saw many other animals, including warthogs, crocodiles, giraffes, zebras, and many more. I think for every animal there was at least one occasion when we were able to see them quite close up as well, which is very nice.

What an amazing...
What an amazing experience! This 3 day 2 night tour to Maasai Mara was perfect for my 10 year old son and me. The price was great for everything to be included. I upgraded to the customized vehicle. Besides myself and my son, there were 5 other nice individuals in our group. Our tour guide, George, was the best and very knowledgeable! We were able to see 4 out of the big 5, did not see the rhino. Everything went smoothly, I recommend booking with this company 100%! 😊🦁🦓🇰🇪

Wonderful afternoon with Obed.
Had a wonderful time site seeing and shopping with our host Obed. He arrived on time and gave us a fantastic overview of the area and what to expect on the tour. He was very accommodating and made sure we arrived at KICC in time for view a beautiful sunset. He took very nice pictures with his camera and shared the photos with us. The vehicle was clean air conditioned and had very nice African music playing during the drive for entertainment. He narrated sites and shared a lot of historical information along the afternoon as well as answered all of our questions. He was very friendly fun and made sure the experience overall was great. The tour was wonderful. Please do book this one you won’t regret it.

Learn about Nairobi's and Kenya's past!
If you are interested in Nairobi's (and Kenya's) past, this is the tour for you! Ezekiel was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Nairobi, so we managed to learn a lot in the few hours we spent with him. It was wonderful to be able to walk through parts of Nairobi and have Ezekiel point out to us the significance of various buildings and monuments, it certainly made everything so much more meaningful.
