Awesome
Amazing experience, park packed with animals. Willy our guide was so helpful and you could stand up in the vehicle to get a great view. He said we were very lucky to see almost everything in our wish list - rhinos, giraffes, zebras, crocodiles, cheetahs, lions, buffalo and even a fleeting view of a leopard as we were leaving. Incredible bird life too - I would have liked to learn more about them as well.
The team were very friendly and proactive with their communication and worked around a delayed taxi from the airport to make it work.
Bring your own water and if you want to spend a long time looking at each point consider booking a private tour as this moves quite quickly (which suited me perfectly).

Hells Gate and Lake Naivasha is a must see
We had a great day out with Dismus and Frunk to Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate National Park. Our guides were very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We felt like travelling with friends on a day trip and not taking part in a paid activity.
This tour was private, so no big groups or anything like that.
The guys were on time and made our journey enjoyable. It took about 3 hours to get to the lake. We had a short break mid-way at the Rift Valley viewpoint. Unfortunately, it was misty, but we managed to see the valley. Toilet, coffee, and gift shops were available there.
After that, we continued our trip to the lake. We started there as the weather was closing in, and the guys said the lake tends to get heavy rains, so better to go there early. We had a great time at the lake. The weather was perfect, mostly sunny and very warm.
We were handed over to the boat team.
Our guide knew everything, all birds, all animals. We learned a lot.
managed to see plenty of hippos, pelicans, waterbucks, and all sorts of birds. The lake itself is beautiful. I saw some pics before we went, but it was better than expected.
After the lake, we went to get some bikes, which were transferred to the park entrance for us. We bought the tickets at the gate (I would recommend buying them a day before online and saving some time that way).
The park is great, full of animals, and we got to cycle amongst them. I believe this is the only safari park where one can ride a bike.
We went to see the gorge where, surprisingly, some hot springs were visible. Again, we learned a lot about the animals living there.
Cycling back is a bit harder as it's mostly going up, so if one is not used to that in the heat, then better to opt for an electric bike. It's also possible to go by car, but what is the fun in that :)
We really enjoyed the trip, which was great thanks to our guides.
I wish we had more time to spend there with them.
This trip is highly recommended!

This was the best cooking...
This was the best cooking experience I’ve ever had. Nimoh’s attention to detail far exceeds any tour I’ve taken. From the details of the bus service to the produce market engagement with vendors and explanation of choosing quality vegetables was exceptional. Of course, her cooking skills are to be envied. What a delicious meal! This tour is not to be missed and highly recommended. Enjoy!

Fantastic experience! A must-do while in Nairobi!
What a fantastic experience from start to finish! The tour was well‑structured, informative, and offered a fascinating look into every stage of Kenyan coffee production, all set within a beautiful and peaceful estate.
What truly made the tour exceptional was our guide, Elvis. His passion for coffee, deep knowledge of the process, and engaging way of explaining each step made the experience unforgettable. He was friendly, patient, and always ready to answer any question with enthusiasm and clarity.
The coffee tasting at the end was the perfect finale, made even better by understanding the craft behind every cup—thanks to Elvis.
If you’re in Nairobi and want a memorable, educational, and genuinely enjoyable activity, the Fairview Coffee Estate tour is an excellent choice, especially with Elvis as your guide :)

My Kid's Favorite Kenya Experience
My family, inclusive of two young boys enjoyed this experience. Everything was as described in the booking and thoroughly worth the price.
Half the proceeds go directly to the Masai village to help with their needs and the children's education.
Alfred, the chief spoke fluent English and was engaging in sharing his culture. The community was welcoming and treated us as their guests.
I appreciated that Alfred did not attempt to hide how his people meld bits of modernity while overall, maintaining their traditional culture. He is also a great photographer and encouraged lots of pictures and videos, which we will always cherish.
The vehicle that took us to the village was modern and clean. Our driver, Paul, pointed out points of interest during the ride.
Overall 10/10.

Felt like spending the day with a friend
George was a delightful companion driver. He had to wait a long time for me to do my arrival visa, he was gracious and kind. I had no real plans for my layover, except for a National Park drive, he made sure to fulfil my requests, a Kenyan lunch, a walk around the city, he helped make sure I went to a currency exchange shop, waited for me to finish my park tour and delivered me back to the airport in time. I really enjoyed my afternoon with George, he gave me a lot of insight into Kenyan culture. I am so glad I had him as my guide and companion.

This was an absolutely...
This was an absolutely unforgettable trip and a true bucket-list experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.
Our guide, Gomez, was fantastic. We explored Hell’s Gate on electric bikes, which was a unique and thrilling way to experience the park. At one point, we stopped just a few steps away from wild zebras and even managed to take a selfie from a safe distance. We also saw giraffes, warthogs, buffalo, gazelles, and many other animals up close in their natural habitat. Being on a bike rather than in a car made the experience so much more personal and immersive. Gomez also showed us the canyon that inspired Mufasa’s death scene and Pride Rock, both iconic backdrops from The Lion King. That added a special touch to the day.
A big thank you as well to David, our driver. He was calm, professional, and made the journey comfortable. He didn’t mind our sleepy, grumpy moods at 7 am [Chuckle].
I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for something different from a traditional safari. Riding through Hell’s Gate was surreal, and getting so close to the wildlife made it an experience we’ll never forget. If you want to truly connect with nature and see animals in the wild, this is the way to do it.

As a solo, female...
As a solo, female traveler, it gave me piece of mind to have a driver confirmed when I landed from my long journey and arriving at 10pm.
Joseph, my driver contacted me thru WhatsApp 2 days before my arrival with his contact info. That was very reassuring. I received a welcome text when my flt landed. He also sent a picture of the sign with my name on it. I found him very easily when I walked outside the airport.
Joseph is a very kind and friendly person.

A very special baby animal experience!
A special and unique opportunity to meet rescued baby animals (elephants plus a zebra and a rhino) up close. We were introduced to each of them--each with a story of abandonment and rescue. Terrific learning around issues faced by animals in the wild--and about the amazing work the Sheldrick Foundation is doing to rehabilitat and release them back into the wild--successfully!

Wonderful afternoon with Obed.
Had a wonderful time site seeing and shopping with our host Obed. He arrived on time and gave us a fantastic overview of the area and what to expect on the tour. He was very accommodating and made sure we arrived at KICC in time for view a beautiful sunset. He took very nice pictures with his camera and shared the photos with us. The vehicle was clean air conditioned and had very nice African music playing during the drive for entertainment. He narrated sites and shared a lot of historical information along the afternoon as well as answered all of our questions. He was very friendly fun and made sure the experience overall was great. The tour was wonderful. Please do book this one you won’t regret it.

Great experience
We had an amazing experience visiting the national park. Our driver, Joseph was there early to pick us up. During the drive he made sure to share his knowledge of the park and the animals. His experience made the drive an enjoyable experience, he knew the right spots to find animals and he communicated constantly with other guides too. Overall a great experience that we would recommend.

Learn about Nairobi's and Kenya's past!
If you are interested in Nairobi's (and Kenya's) past, this is the tour for you! Ezekiel was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Nairobi, so we managed to learn a lot in the few hours we spent with him. It was wonderful to be able to walk through parts of Nairobi and have Ezekiel point out to us the significance of various buildings and monuments, it certainly made everything so much more meaningful.
