The giraffes are amazing and I’m so pleased that the centre Is working to preserve the species. My guide Steven was excellent in explaining the work they are doing. I was thrilled with the Elephant Orphanage as it was my dream to go there

A great day to see the highlights of Nairobi. The hotel pickup was very helpful and my driver was very considerate. The baby elephants and giraffes were definitely the highlight of my day.

Excellent day! The driver/guide, Meshak was very professional and polite. He made sure that we arrived on time the day I had my flight after the tour. I totally recommend it. This experience was super cute, all baby elephants and getting to know information about the giraffes. This is a great way to contribute to these places that help animals. Very friendly, informative driver. Loved the elephant orphanage as we got to hear about all their individual stories. Great opportunity for up close pictures and able to touch these amazing animals. The giraffes were also a lot of fun. We were able to feed these gentle giants and get fabulous pictures. Our driver Peter was very kind and took pictures of us feeding them too! Karen Blixen is not included in this tour but Peter was more than happy to take us there. We also had a great lunch at the Karen Blixen Coffee Garden Cottages (not included in price but really worth going to) Our other stop was the tour of the Kobe Tough to see how beads are made. An interesting experience. Would recommend this tour.

Our tour guide Meshack was so great and patient the whole day. We had an amazing experience with the elephants, we got there early enough to be in the front. And then feeding the giraffes was great too. Our guide was nice enough to take us to a nice restaurant in between activities too. Really fun day overall

We wanted to see some of the sites of Nairobi so spent the day with our guide, George. He was wonderful—friendly, informative, and very flexible as to what we wanted to do. We visited the baby Elephant Orphanage, the Giraffe Center, a women’s bead jewelry factory, a large local craft shop, and had a wonderful lunch nearby. Our family, from preteens to adults, all had a great introduction to some of the treasures of Kenya and a taste of what was to come on our trip. I would highly recommend George and the full-day tour!

We had a great day trip yesterday with our wonderful guide Faith and driver James. We were so well looked after and they ensured our experience was personal to us. We visited the amazing elephant and giraffe centres, the Kobe Tough beade centre, the Karen Blixen Museum and a local craft market, with a lunch at the welcoming Hunger's Nest restaurant. Paul was an excellent guide for us during our one day tour in Nairobi. He gave us advice on how to get the best out of our chosen activities and personalised the day for us specifically. Paul enhanced our day with interesting facts of all areas we visited or crossed through. In addition, he was incredibly knowledgable in all local Nairobi and wider Kenyan matters which made the drive entertaining. His driving was safe and was very courteous towards us.
Paul clearly knew the staff well at all our stops and there were no issues with ticket reservations. We would highly recommend a tour with him!

Our driver was great telling stories and got us in the orphanage where the participants are limited to 100, and the giraffe center. You get a small amount of pellets when you enter but I wish we could feed the giraffes more but that’s not a problem of the tour. Then our driver took us to a restaurant and waited for us - a great full day!

We had a fabulous time on this day tour! The elephant orphanage was our favorite. You get to touch them and get lots of great pictures because they are so close to you. They tell you about all of them and how they came to the orphanage and you get the chance to adopt one! The Giraffe center was very cool as well. unfortunately it was under construction so where you usually get to stand to feed them was closed and there was just a very small space to feed. This means you have to be patient to get pictures and to interact with them due to spacing but again very cool! You are not allowed to "kiss" them due to covid but you still get to feed them.

Tour operator offers tour knowing (!) that at least one essential part (Elephant orphanage) has been closed, Tour operator did not answered or accepted my suggestion about partial refund. It is scam!

Halo and we want to say that this is not an Honest review of what transpired.
1. We told you in advance that the date of the opening of the elephant orphanage has been pushed back.
2. we gave you an option to cancel the tour and you be given a full refund but you agreed to do the tour.
3. You agreed to do the tour on condition you get a refund for the entrance of the elephant orphanage which is 500 (5) and we gave you the refund.
4. Our driver peter of whom you got along well offered to take you to other places including the Karen Blixen museum and the Kazuri Beads at no extra transport cost.
At the end of the tour you told us you had a good time only for us to see a refund request of 35 USD on top of the 5 that we already gave you. We procesed the refund for you through viator and ended up making a LOSS on your tour.
Why such a terrible rating? we dont understand unless you are our competitor trying to drive us out of the business.
This review is dishonest and unfair to the guides whom daily survival depend on this tour.

This trip was my first encounter with Kenya and I was well pleased. George picked us up at the airport and took us straight on tour. He’s cheerful, entertaining and overall a very good person. The interaction was natural and we felt safe and comfortable. The trip was fun and a great introduction to Nairobi. Please do not hesitate to book.

It was a nice quick and comprehensive tour of 2 major attractions of Nairobi. My guide/driver Santa was fun and friendly. He knew exactly where to make me stand for Elephant Orphanage to to get the best view in the house. Thank you Santa!
I had also booked airport transfer with the same company and he was ready before time even though it was late at night.
I feel this tour can be done as a half day tour too or in reduced time.

Our trip to the orphange and giraffe centre was amazing ! Was one of the most special days of our lives. The work that both places do for animals is exceptional. Our guide Victor was brilliant. Picking us up a little bit earlier to make sure we beat the traffic and have a good place to view the elephants at the orphange.
