What a fantastic experience! My driver Edwin was amazing. He picked me up early and was waiting for me right when the show ended. The service was friendly and food great tasting and good quality. The dancers of the show were very talented. Highly recommend.

Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Transportation Coordination

We were excited to attend the Safari Cat Dance Show, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by poor logistics and lack of communication. Our originally assigned driver (James) passed us off to another driver. The new driver arrived over an hour late to pick us up from our hotel. When we finally got to the venue, he simply dropped us off without any instructions or guidance — even though the show had already started. He seemed unaware of the schedule and didn’t provide any information on what we should do or where we should go. By the time we were seated, we had missed most of the event, which was very disappointing given that this was the main highlight of the evening. To make matters worse, the driver left without giving us any contact information. After the show, we waited for over 90 minutes again with no idea of how we were getting back to our hotel. Everyone else had already left. Thankfully, the venue manager was kind enough to step in, contact the company, and arrange for another driver to pick us up. While the show itself seemed enjoyable, the overall experience was frustrating and poorly managed. I would not recommend this unless the company improves its transportation coordination and customer communication significantly.

Edwin was our driver for the dinner and show. He was a true gentleman! The show was really interesting. It had lots of fancy dances and costumes and kept our attention the entire evening.

An interesting night out

We were picked up on time from our hotel.Edwin our driver got to the venue quickly. He walked to the show showed us where to meet him after .. A hostess took us to our table which was reserved. After the show, he was at the meeting point, walked us to our car and got us home quickly. The show itself is more of a spectacle with very attentive service. Our vegetable soup was very good and the constant supply of many different beats was fun. The show itself was much better than expected the dancing superb and the acrobatics amazing. I would highly recommend this company, and the show itself

The show was an incredible display of dancing and acrobatics. The food was ok and the sizzle plates were fun but a bit too hot for us as they made any meat we took too well done to enjoy. Overall the show was worth the money in my opinion and the staff were amazing and went above and beyond. A friend had a birthday while at the dinner and they did a special show for them. The band was great as well and even though we were initially joking , they invited my wife to sing with them so we all had a great time. The hotel was not busy but it is a huge place and we would recommend staying for a bit to check out the casino and bars. Overally 8 out of 10 for the experience, It was what we expected not amazing but solid.

Great evening. The dinner was excellent value - great meat choices and hard to get through all of them - we really enjoyed the camel and ostrich but most of the others were good as well. Easy to get as much meat as you wanted within the time period. We went on a weekday evening which meant it was not too busy. The show was original and kept our interest - can have photos at the end with the cast for a donation. We were picked up on time, driver was chatty and keen to talk about Nairobi and no pressure on when we returned.
