Tour operator reached out 3 days before with the driver's name and requesting the flight info. Driver reached out to me as soon as he saw the flight arrive. Communication was good and pickup was on time.

There was a mixup in the date of arrival due to coming in right around midnight so the driver wasn’t there when I exited, there was a bit of a confusing situation to get to my hotel with another driver (not part of the company), HOWEVER, they went above and beyond after the fact to make sure I safely arrived and followed up on a situation from the transfer and made it right. I really appreciated how they dealt with the concerns and I would definitely book with them again (I would just pay more attention to specific details especially if close to midnight!) Thank you for great customer service and following up and being attentive and responsive. It really made a stressful situation much less of a headache so I can focus on enjoying my time here in Kenya!
