Our driver was friendly and extremely punctual—he was already there when we arrived, even though our plane landed 45 minutes early. As a solo, female traveler, it gave me piece of mind to have a driver confirmed when I landed from my long journey and arriving at 10pm.
Joseph, my driver contacted me thru WhatsApp 2 days before my arrival with his contact info. That was very reassuring. I received a welcome text when my flt landed. He also sent a picture of the sign with my name on it. I found him very easily when I walked outside the airport.

Booked a round-trip airport transfer with this company. I was contacted via WhatsApp after booking to confirm pickup/drop-off details. When I landed in Nairobi late at night, the driver was a no-show. It was very frustrating as I was exhausted from a long flight and being a solo female traveler with a lot of luggage in a foreign country late at night. The tour company was called and they confirmed there was no driver there or on the way. I had to use one of the drivers onsite, which was scary because you have no idea who is legit and safe. Thankfully a very kind local that was sitting next to me on the flight there noticed I had no ride and waited with me. He was able to vet one of the drivers who assisted me to my hotel. The tour company did apologize and offered a refund. They assured me it would not happen for the return transfer to the airport so I hesitantly kept the reservation since it was already paid for. The driver did show for the return trip from the hotel to airport and it went smoothly. There are too many reviews listed for this company where the driver did not show and I should have paid attention. Would not use again.

The driver was at the airport early before your arrival, with a paper written your name.
There are so many other people paging names and you need to be keen while looking for yours.
We also encourage people to allow whatsapp to be active at that time so that you can be able to communicate with the driver, incase of any confusion.
The pick up from hotel to airport is easier and smooth since the drivers asked for you at the reception and you get informed he's around, am glad you acknowledged that.
At the airport the taxi drivers are also outside the arrival terminal and are very aggressive in selling transfers.
The trick they use is to confuse you and lie your driver is not there, if you will fall for the trick you will end up passing your original driver and end up conducting the transfer with them.
To be sincere and honest,there was no call we recieved at that time, that was a decoy used for you to get in their trap. You could have called us from your whatsapp number.

I never could fund the driver and wound up taking a taxi. The one thing I was afraid of doing as a single woman traveler at 11:00pm with luggage. I will not use their services again.

Unfortunately this is an unfair accusation, as per our policy your driver David contacted you early through whatsapp and you did not respond.(i wish viator could allow to attach screenshot of the conversation,photo of him paging and the car entry ticket with time he got at the airport)

Our transfer from airport to hotel in Nairobi was uneventful other than our driver went out of his way to tell us what we needed to know about his home town. What was remarkable was that our flight number had been changed and arrival time delayed by an hour. I however neglected to notify Viator of the changes. Nevertheless our driver stayed outside holding the name sign for the extra hour plus not knowing if or when we were arriving.

This company had great communication via WhatsApp prior to my pick up. My flight was delayed and they were on top of things. My driver, David, contacted me prior to our landing to let me know he was there. When I came out of the airport he had a sign with my name so he was very easy to find. The car was very clean and David was a very safe driver. I felt well taken care of which is important for a solo traveler arriving at night in an unfamiliar country. I highly recommend booking with them
