There is no cost to see the exterior of the Wrigley Building, as it’s a public space located on Chicago's Magnificent Mile. However, access to the interior is restricted as it’s primarily used for commercial purposes. Many guided city tours include a stop outside the building, which start around US$30.

The Wrigley Building was built between 1920 and 1924 by the Wrigley Company as its headquarters—think Wrigley Field or chewing gum. The building was designed in the Spanish colonial revival style with a white terracotta exterior, inspired by the Giralda Tower of the Seville Cathedral in Spain. It was also Chicago’s first air-conditioned office building.

While the Wrigley Building is not a tourist attraction with public tours or exhibits, the lobby areas on the ground floor are typically open to the public, at least during business hours. The offices and upper floors are generally only accessible to those who work there.

Today, the Wrigley Building is mostly used for commercial office spaces, housing various businesses and companies across its 30 storeys. It also has some retail spaces on the ground floor. While no longer the headquarters of the Wrigley Company, the building remains a prime piece of Chicago real estate and an architectural icon.
