Amazing experience - highly recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Felipe and his crew, truly 5-star service from start to finish. From the moment we stepped on the boat, they made sure everything was seamless, including getting our gear perfectly fitted and making everyone feel comfortable. The boat ride out was quick and scenic, with a stop by the Arch for some great photo opportunities. Once we arrived at the snorkel spot, the crew walked us through safety and got everything set up with professionalism and care. The wildlife sightings were beyond anything we expected- we were lucky enough to see a baby mako shark right away, followed by two more makos and even a sea lion! On the way back, they went above and beyond by using extra time to search for more marine life, and it paid off—we saw a mobula ray, humpback whale, and dolphins! Felipe and his team were not only friendly and attentive, but also incredibly knowledgeable, making the experience both fun and educational. They also provided drinks and snacks, which was appreciated. Tip - while the weather was warm, we forgot the boat ride can be cold in the wind. Another guest had a Terry cloth looking snuggy which so smart, quick drying while providing warmth. Bring something similar for the boat ride. We would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Cabo, an unforgettable experience with an outstanding crew!

Excellent excursion-highly recommend

The best excursion we have ever taken with our many travels throughout the world. We were a group of 4 senior citizens, 2 of whom have done snorkeling and diving, one who chose not to get into the water, and one who has significant mobility issues. We did not make the first or second lottery for the time slots we requested. . We were pretty disappointed, but we were notified the morning of the excursion that we were able to get the midday slot. So glad we didn't give up and cancel. The boat captain found a whale shark fairly quickly and we were able to swim 3 different times with it. Katrin was the snorkeling guide and photographer. That girl is beastly strong. She would position us as we were snorkeling to get the best photos with the whale shark. The shark was truly breathtaking to be up so close. Even more remarkable is that Katrin went one on one with my sister and gave her the experience of a lifetime. (This sister was in a coma for an extended period of time and we promised her a fun trip if she could wake up). Katrin and the captain managed to get my sister in the boat despite the challenges of getting up the ladder. It was so worth the extra money for the VIP service. The other two men who came on our trip were gracious and we had a great time visiting with each other. We started as strangers and ended up as friends. It was a wonderful day.

Once in a lifetime memory!!

nce in a lifetime experience and unforgettable memories we saw multiple massive males! Getting to be so close to these amazing creatures without having to deep dive was incredible. Staff was so friendly and got amazing footage of us! Lunch,snacks,beer and drinks were all awesome! I know its one of the more expensive tours but definitely worth!! Boat ride is long please drug yourself accordingly beforehand and bring extra with you😂

Amazing

Captain Genner took us right to the whale sharks and avoided the big crowds. Sailor Chicken was very kind and helpful and prepared the most delicious lunch. The guide Charley was very encouraging and even took my hand when I got left behind so I could still get a great view of these amazing animals. I will say that the boat ride both ways was much much longer than I expected and since no sunscreen was allowed we all got sunburned even though we tried to stay in the covered part of the boat. Light long sleeves would have been good to wear.
