Fermin was an excellent guide! He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about Teotihuacán. His car was clean and comfortable, and he was an excellent driver. We brought a 14-month-old with us, and Fermin was very accommodating, helping to ensure he was comfortable and his needs were met while we explored the site. We learned a lot about the site, and had a great experience with Fermin and this tour.

Beautiful pyramids
Our activity tour Rubén was excellent! He was born and raised in Teotihuacán and shared all his knowledge of this area. The pyramids and the history surrounding them is amazing to experience

Edgar, our tour guide,...
Edgar, our tour guide, provided broad and informative explanation of the history behind the pyramids and the shrine. He also ensured we were comfortable during the entire day journey. Our driver also ensured our safety while traveling the busy roads along the way.

Informative and nice
They were punctual at pickup, informative throughout the tour, and bus was clean. Additionally, they have a bathroom stop eight before arriving at Teotihuacan with a local restaurant/family that has complimentary drinks and snacks along with clean restrooms at no charge. They take tips - optional but not obligatory. Such a nice touch!

Okay this is a little touristy, but if you are reading this review you are likely a tourist in CDMX. Valore is well organized and very safety conscious. My wife and I felt safe at all times. The balloon ride was amazing and a perfect way to top off a few days in CDMX. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Bucket list activity in cdmx
Great experience. We went for the basic option without pickup and their facility is very clean.
They provide coffee and light snacks on arrival and the check in process was smooth. Flight was amazing and our pilot was very professional. We flew over the pyramid at sunrise and views were spectacular
Breakfast at the end was ok but can be improved on in terms of variety. So don’t expect much.
Would recommend booking this in cdmx. A bucket list activity for sure

Teo pyramids outside Mexico City. Fermin was an excellent guide. Clean car, efficient
Excellent guide! Ask for Fermin, an archeologist by training he was very knowledgeable. We asked a million questions and gave a tour of a nearby neighborhood which was a highlight with all the frescos we saw. Clean car, picked us up from hotel on time, Fermin is super personable.

Great experience! The...
Great experience! The view on top is astonishing and the communication is clear and the early morning shuttle is punctual. I would wish the tour at the Teotihuacán can be cover for the entire regroup, not two pyramids. But overall I had good experience with Volare

Great tour guide but allow for extra time to get there and return…around an hour each way
The vans were very clean

Amazing experience. We...
Amazing experience. We were 100 yards from the shooting. Our guide Hector the Protector lived up to his name and ushered us to safety. Before the drama we were dazzled and humbled by the beauty and scale of the pyramids. And also the good and the not so good in humanity today and thousands of years ago.

Highly recommend
Loved our private tour. Our guide Gerardo was fantastic and helped cater the tour to our interests. The van was clean and our guide came with water and snacks.

When to visit

Teotihuacán tours are a must for history buffs and those interested in indigenous cultures.
The steep climb to the top of the Pyramid of the Sun, the largest pyramid, includes more than 200 steps but is currently closed for climbing.
Though the pyramids are not wheelchair accessible, the restrooms and the site itself (including the temple of the feathered serpent) are.
Teotihuacán is open 365 days a year, and Mexican residents receive free admission on Sundays.
On weekends and holidays, a trolley takes visitors from the entry booths to various sites of Teotihuacán for a small fee.
