Unplug and be Surrounded by the Glorious Majesty of the Andes
This was a day very well spent during our stay in Mendoza. Federico was an awesome guide and took such good care of our van of 15 people. It was an early start to the day, but that meant that we were able to witness a beautiful sunrise illuminate the mountains. Federico's communication via Whatsapp prior to our pickup in the morning helped us be ready to be out the door and meet the van. He gives so much information along the way, which is a long drive. But there is so much gorgeous and ever-changing scenery to see (and we come from a state of mountainous scenery). The stops along the way were perfectly paced. Our driver, Alexis, was so smooth, safe, and patient, and the van was clean and comfy. We were very fortunate with our clear, cold, and sunny weather. This is an easy outing for all ages, although children might get restless. We really enjoyed the lunch at the end before turning to go back to Mendoza. It was a great hot meal served buffet style at a rustic mountain lodge (there was an option to buy sandwiches at an adjacent cafe). Federico went the extra mile helping me to set up a wine tour with the same company, Cepas Turismo. I highly recommend them.

Amazing day touring Uco Valley
A great day touring wineries with our guide, Lina! The experience takes you to 3 beautiful wineries with an included gourmet meal, which was delicious. The tour company also offers a shipping service if you would like to buy bottles at each of the stops. We left the day with beautiful photos, full bellies, and new friends!

Such an amazing excursion...
Such an amazing excursion with Ezequiel! He was so nice and hospitable. My boyfriend and I got an amazing experience seeing the beautiful mountains and learned so much about Mendoza and the Andes mountains. We also had such a relaxing lunch with beautiful views and scenery. Thank you so much Ezequiel for your hospitality and kindness!!

Best evening ever
5 stars is not enough to show how good this experience was. It was my first time on horses and I had a little panic at the start but Stella, Gabriel and Luis were SO supportive and I’ve never felt such kindness from strangers! luis and Gabriel checked on me the whole ride and Stella was there with open arms when I got back. The asado afterwards was delicious and it was the best way to end the experience. Amazing!!!!

10/10 asado experience
The asado at Fedes home was a highlight of our trip to Argentina. He was a welcoming host that made you feel at home. The food cooked was delicious and allows you to get an inside look at the Argentina culture. I highly recommend this on your trip and will beat any hotel or restaurant adado cooking experience. It was very useful to get an uber to and from the experience as well

Arribbaaa!,
Our guide was just so enthusiastic. She answered every question, she took a personal approach with each and every one of us. We encountered some issues with an accident on the roadway and an avalanche as well! They handled everything so well and we’re just so informative. It was a long day about 12 hours, but they made the time pass so well. So grateful for this experience.

Magic Under the Stars, Exceptional Horses, and Incredible Value
Wow — this was a truly magical experience and worth every penny. Gaucho Estate is just a short drive outside the city (with transportation included), yet it feels like you’ve stepped into another world. Tucked back in the hills, the evening ride offers breathtaking sunset views.
The horses were calm, well-trained, and clearly very well cared for — suitable for riders of all levels. (As someone who rode competitively, I pay close attention to horse quality and welfare, and I was genuinely impressed. That’s not always the case with tourist riding experiences.)
The included asado dinner was delicious, and the evening only grew more special from there. After dinner, we sipped wine under the stars by the fire while fireflies twinkled around us. Our gaucho hosts brought out a guitar and drum and sang local folk songs, creating an intimate, unforgettable atmosphere.
You can tell they truly love what they do — and it shows in every detail. I cannot recommend this experience enough. 10/10.

Very good value for the price!
We climbed quite a lot altitude-wise on horses and we had a good time, even though the group was quite large and even though I got an antisocial horse that started running every time there was a horse near it. There was a lot of meat (basically, all you could eat) and a lot of wine for dinner.

Excellent Guide
There are a lot of great reviews for Patricia, who we met, but as she was busy with others , she organized an associate to take us for the day. Gustavo was excellent. I could not imagine a better driver and guide. Intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He made the ride to and from the Uco Valley go very quickly and was very familiar with the wineries we chose to visit and gave good tips along the way.

Great experience
If you're not a frequent wine drinker, you must have a good meal before the tour. In a previous review I read that some people were not pleased with the quantity of the wine samples, but I think it is perfect. You get to sample 3-4 wines per winery, by the end of the tour you've had about 3 glasses. We visited a moden winery, an old (traditional) and a not very modern one, they are all different and their processes are different. I learned a lot about wine and wine culture. It is a great experience, you walk through the crops, you get to pick grapes, some of them take you inside old tanks.
The olive farm is a bit different but also very informative and interesting, their samples are also good.
I did this tour with CEPAS tours, great guides, great buses, very punctual and great communication they message you the day before to confirm your attendance and to give you recommendations for the tour, your guide messages again when they are on their way to you.

Highly recommend
Great experience! All three wineries and the olive farm were very interesting. Very kind and welcoming people and proud of their businesses, they were all excited to share. I was the only English speaker and Dolores made sure I felt included and understood everything.
