The salt mines were very interesting. Thomas was a great driver. Samantha had the Salt Mines was very knowledgeable as well as Piotor at Auschwitz.

Great trip to Auschwitz

Right from the start the communication was excellent, WhatsApp messages keeping you informed and updated in the two to three days lead up to the trip. Advising about the pick up point as well as a revised pick up time (which is fully explained when you book the trip), ensuring you confirm receipt of the message etc. On the day itself the pick up was on time at the agreed point which was easy to find from the links in the communication and the bus was easily identifiable as we'd already been sent a photo of the bus so you could pick this out when it arrived. Guide on the bus was polite and informative, explained what the day would involve including timings of getting to Auschwitz, the fact we would probably have 15-20mins break when we arrived as the tour wasn't due to start until 10.45am. The guide for the two tours was first class, her knowledge was impeccable and was able to answer all the questions which were asked of her. The audio was also very good i.e. the headphones etc were easy to use and hear throughout the tour. A very thought provoking tour. One that I would definitely recommend, no punches were pulled and it was very detailed regarding the horrors that went on back in the day.

Awe inspiring day

Absolutely a must see. Although visiting Auschwitz is very emotional, it is essential that people visit so that history will not repeat itself. Our guide picked us up on time at our hotel and then at the end of the day at the train station. We had a seamless experience and the guide was so helpful about helping us get a backpack back that was left in Krakow. Highly recommend this tour!

Early start, and active day, but a must do if short on time. Sombre first half of the day at Auschwitz, moving and thought provoking. Lunch stop near to Birkenau. I booked with the lunch option which was appreciated after a long morning. The Salt mines were wonderful, the main attractions stunning and to think of the work that went into it makes it very impressive. Be prepared for an early start, but it’s worth it

A great, well-organised trip to Auschwitz

A well organised and informative trip. Our driver, Bartek, arrived on time and gave us a very smooth ride to Auschwitz, we then were introduced to our tour guide who took us and our group around both Auschwitz and Birkenau, both were amazing. Moving at a good pace around the sights, our guide Symon gave us so much information and answered any questions we had, he was very passionate about what happened in Poland during ww2. We were then back with our driver who brought us safely back to Krakow.

The experience was excellent and well organised by the company we booked with. The bus picked us up on time, make sure you take your ID for tickets to Auchwitz. Yaro our driver and guide was very friendly and welcoming. We were in a bit of a smaller group which we enjoyed having a more personal experience. The tour guides at the Salt mines then Auchwitz-Birkenau were both very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting and informative. We would definitely recommend booking with this company for this experience. It is quite a long day so be prepared for that but it is definitely worth it.

The staff were extremely attentive, polite and knowledgeable, the early start proved to be a good idea as other groups were obviously in attendance, said groups being very big compared to our group of about 9 people so our experience was that much more personal. A lot of walking so be prepared, basically walking for at least 5 hours but definitely worth it. Our driver also provided a packed lunch at short notice(offered at a small cost).
