A very enjoyable tour
A small group makes for a more personalized experience, and the reverse itinerary helps avoid the crowds. Our tour guide Patric was knowledgeable, welcoming and simply amazing. Besides taking us to all the planned spots along the way, he also helped us spot koala and roos, and patiently answered all our questions. I highly recommend this tour.

Don't miss this!
This is a must do! everyone need to go the wildlife preserve and feed the kangaroos and wallaby's. We enjoyed Phillip's Island and the penguin parade was just perfect. The little penguins were so cute and fun to watch leave the ocean and walk to their burrows. We had general admission and enjoy it. Bring your binoculars to see them up close, getting out of the water. Our guide - Jacqui pointed out wild wallaby along our route and was a great guide. She was very punctual and fun.

Very nice experience :)
Our guide Matt was very knowledgeable and accommodated to everyone’s vibes- if you wanted to chat you could, but you could also relax in silence which was nice. He also communicated very clearly about the schedule and places we were going, and he still gave us an hour to explore after the Puffing Billy even though the boarding was delayed. Matt also got some really nice videos of the group on the train, so that was a very nice bonus and showed real professional care. The experience on the Puffing Billy was probably the highlight of our trip, the views were very pretty and the experience was unique. I would recommend having some wriggle time for any plans you might make after the guide, as in our experience, the Puffing Billy was almost an hour delayed due to a safety concern, although typically you wouldn’t have to wait that long. The staff at the Puffing Billy communicated very clearly and were very polite.

We had an amazing experience on the Puffing Billy & Phillip Island tour with Lorraine. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the whole day. Lorraine made the tour so enjoyable and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time.
She explained everything clearly, shared interesting facts about each place, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful locations. From the Puffing Billy train ride to the Penguin Parade, everything was perfectly managed.
Highly recommend this tour, especially with Lorraine as the guide — she truly made the experience memorable!

Highly Recommend This Tour — Especially with Steve!
We had an amazing experience on the Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles tour with Steve as our guide! Steve was absolutely excellent — funny, energetic, and kept the whole tour entertaining from start to finish with his classic dad jokes.
He made the long drive enjoyable with interesting history lessons, local stories, and plenty of laughs along the way. The koala spotting was a highlight, and we still can’t stop laughing about the “sheep with long legs” introduction!
Steve was also very patient, organized, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves throughout the day. His passion and knowledge really made the experience memorable.
We’ll definitely be recommending this tour to our family, friends, and colleagues — especially if they can get Steve as their guide!

Birthday Celebration - fab wine tour
Very relaxed, not to serious on the tasting. Small enough gang to mix and chat with everyone. The tour guide, Matt was a great laugh, leading the Happy Birthday for my very embarrassed 23 year old son. Lunch was great and the views from each of the stops were amazing. Great to finish with some yummy chocolate. Spotify music selection from the guys on the bus was excellent.

I had a great day on the...
I had a great day on the Great Ocean Road tour today! Our guide and driver, Peter, was pleasant, informative, and engaging. He frequently went out of his way to find wildlife for the group; thanks to his efforts, we spotted three koalas and many kangaroos.
The small group size made the trip very efficient. Because we managed to avoid the large tourist crowds, we enjoyed less crowded viewpoints, which allowed for better photos and a much more relaxed experience. The ride itself was very comfortable in a premium small-group vehicle stocked with water.
We highly recommend this tour!

Must do!
This was a long day but well-planned. There were several stops to break up the trip. Out guide Robbo (who was also the driver) was great. He gave us good, interesting info. He kept all 22 of us on time. I liked that we had lunch and dinner options and were on our own for that. The sites especially the 12 Apostles is well worth the long day. We also saw wild koalas and kangaroos.

Amazing Wildlife!
What a fun day exploring and getting up close and personal with many of the exotic Australian Animals! Our tour guide Aleks was the best! She gave us a lot of history about the different areas we visited that day and included some fun stories. We never felt rushed and she made our day very enjoyable. She gave us some good info on where to stand or walk to see different animals…she also made sure that our bus was visible and easy to find at each stop—loved her twinkling lights on the bus at night so we could find it easy too— very much appreciated! I really enjoyed our time at the moonlit sanctuary and feeding the kangaroos and wallabies. The informational show the staff puts on was very interesting too. We enjoyed seeing the beach swim boxes and beaches. The cliff area was interesting where the penguins also live, & she showed us some wild kangaroos too, but my favorite excursion was the penguin parade on Phillips Island! Aleks told us what was the best scenario so we had time to get dinner, shop, and see the penguins come out of the ocean. She also told us to walk over to one side on way out to hear and possibly see the penguins in their burrows. The entire experience is one I will always cherish as a lifetime memory! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys seeing animals in nature! It was amazing!

Phillips Island tour
Our drive and guide was great. He has a great sense of humor. He really works hard to give us a great experience judging by the amount of time he allowed on each site. He took the time and effort to spot wallaby on the road , provided history of the place we were passing through, suggesting food and restaurants to go for snack/dinner stop. We thank him for his energy, enthusiasm, and spirit.
One thing I would like to mention that our pick up time at Savoy hotel was 10:30am. It was the same time for another tourist. The bus didn’t show up until 10:53am which left us wondering if we were forgotten. Yet, the driver upon artisans he is on time (10:50am pick up). There was a lack of communication, which is uncomfortable.
