We had an amazing experience on the Ocean Road one-day tour! Our guide, Steve, made the whole trip truly memorable. He was knowledgeable, relaxed, and full of humor, sharing great insights and stories along the way. You could tell he’s passionate about what he does it made the journey even more enjoyable.
Every stop was beautiful, but we especially loved the chocolaterie section it was a fun and delicious highlight!
We warmly recommend this tour, and if you can, definitely go with Steve as your guide. He’s awesome and makes the day unforgettable!

Amazing experience! The guide was super cool and explained the history behind each place really clearly. The driving was safe, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and there was a toilet stop every hour, which was really convenient. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe throughout the trip. Highly recommended! 😊
The tour was absolutely fantastic. The itinerary was perfectly designed, with a great balance throughout the experience. Our guide was incredibly energetic, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. He guided us every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience enjoyable and engaging. He was a truly wonderful host and made the tour even more special. I would highly recommend this tour!
Jay was our terrific tour leader. While there is plenty to see, Jay was always on the lookout for unique sights--such as koalas in the roadside trees or kangaroos hangling out on the hillsides--to stop for us to experience close up. With commentary full of history and humor, it was enjoyable day.
Great trip Wonderful mix of facts and activities Scenery was a feast for the eyes, food was manna from the gods and the company on board and guide were beyond compare

We had a fantastic time on the Great Ocean Road tour! The schedule was really well organised, with stops for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon refreshments, so the day felt comfortable and well paced.
One of the highlights was getting to see koalas and kangaroos along the way. The tour also included a great variety of experiences—we drove through the mountains before heading to the beautiful Great Ocean Road, which made the whole trip even more memorable.
Our tour guide was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the journey enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a great itinerary. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore the Great Ocean Road! 🌊🐨🦘

Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He managed the day very well, made sure everyone was comfortable, and was always happy to help with any requests.
The stories and interesting facts he shared about the landmarks made the journey even more special and helped us appreciate the places we visited much more. The tour was well organised, relaxing, and full of breathtaking views.

10/10 tour! Guide was knowledgeable, funny, great photographer, included folklore and folk songs of Australias history that will leave you feeling fulfilled! This was my favorite experience of my trip we saw so many sights in reverse order so there were little to no crowds while we were there. I learned so much and saw so much more than I ever thought I would! well worth the booking and when i come back i would 100% book this again!
This was a great way to visit the coast and see all the significant sights of the great ocean road, just a fantastic day including a forest walk and very informative guide.
Be prepared for a long but rewarding day, not to be missed.

This tour was as exactly as the itinerary was outlined! I was able to take in incredibly gorgeous sights, nature, and animals! Our tour guide was welcoming, hilarious and kept us engaged all day! He made this tour 100 times even better. I would recommend this tour and company to anyone looking to take it on!

Come prepared for lots of travel time in the van on some twisty roads.
This was a good way to get out of Melbourne and see the countryside and coast.
Saw my first kangaroo in the wild!
Full day filled with some great ocean views, koala bears, kangaroos, and other wild life. Had a great driver/guide who looked out for us and kept us informed.
I have to say I was really quite disappointed with this tour.
For the price and the name, I did expect it to be a bit more high end as it is touted as “luxury”.
I first will say that the guide was lovely, and this review is nothing to do with him and more about the way it’s being advertised/marketed. He was an excellent driver (very safe) and a lovely human to spend 10+ hours crammed next to. And I spent a lot of time with him, sitting up front of the van riding in the middle of the front seat wedged between him and my husband with my knees smashed up into the dashboard 🙃
The tour itself was fine, we went around to the areas as mentioned in the itinerary however I feel the need to clarify some of the things in the listing.
First of all, entry to the chocolate place isn’t ticketed - it’s free, so that shouldn’t be listed as an “inclusion”. We weren’t offered water, let alone diet Vanilla Coke 🤣 so not sure why that is listed as inclusions either.
The driver said, I’ve been told to buy you coffee and something from the bakery and I thought oh maybe that’s because I’m squeezed in at the front of the bus and uncomfortable but no - upon looking back at the add for the tour, it’s supposed to be included in the cost of the tour
I did like that the longer part of the drive was first up so we got to the locations before most other tours and tourists. I would have liked to have heard more about the history & areas we were visiting. There wasn’t much by way of that kind of information provided when compared to other tours of a similar nature that I’ve been on.
Probably would have gone with a different tour company or picked a different group to go around with. It’s not a luxury tour, and my experience was definitely not comfortable or worth the significant outlay of money.

Fun experience from hotel pick up to drop off. Bill has fun, engaging and professional. All the photo ops were brilliant and the weather was ideal. Saw everything I expected and a few photos of the wildlife was a bonus.
Great guide, I recommend taking the helicopter ride, the ice cream factory is good, amazing trip and weather
