Great Ocean Road tour with Chris H
Really enjoyed our tour led by Chris H. There were plenty of stops, so it didn't feel like we were on the coach too long, and the sites we saw were beautiful. We even saw some koalas! Chris was a great guide who brought what was quite a shy group out of their shells.

Great experience. Highly recommended
We had a great day on this tour. Everything was very well organised, and Matt was an excellent guide and driver. He was friendly, informative, and engaging throughout the trip. There were enough breaks and toilet stops, which were clearly communicated in advance. Matt also went above and beyond to help guests spot wildlife and get good photos of the animals and penguins at Phillip Island. Although it was a long day, the tour was relaxed, comfortable, and well paced from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Perfect trip
The tour guide was really kind and friendly. He shared interesting stories about all the spots we visited. The itinerary was well arranged. It only took about an hour’s drive to reach our first stop, a local farm. The strawberries there were incredibly tasty. I’ve never had such sweet, fresh ones in Australia before. The wine tasting was lovely too. Staff walked us through different varieties, and I got to sample ten types of wine in two wineries. The chocolate factory was a pleasant surprise. The sun came out just as we arrived, casting beautiful light over the mountain views. At the gin distillery, we spotted Angus cattle, chickens, sheep and adorable alpacas. I snapped plenty of photos there. All in all, it was a wonderful day out. I’d definitely recommend this tour to friends.

Best wine experience ever
My husband and I had a wonderful day in the Yarra with our absolute favourite vineyard being Coombe Estate. We would not have been to this treasure if it was not for the great Itinerary prepared for us by Hop On / Hop Off. It was the home of Dame Nellie Melba and really increased my interest in her. The young French sommelier at Coombe was so knowledgable and kind. We ended up buying 6 bottles of wine and have ordered another 6 since then. They are very reasonably priced. We had morning tea to soak up the generous “ tastings “ we were given. We had the best scones with freshly made jam and cream I have ever had. We would love to return here for lunch. The other highlight for us was “ Four Pillars Gin. “ The service was excellent and we did not feel out of place even though we are past “ hipster “ age. The sticky date pudding was scrumptious and needed to soak up the generous serves of gin. I had insisted we go to Chandon but we found the service lacking and it did have a lot of international tourists. The view was beautiful. We will definately use the service again when we go to Melbourne. My husband really enjoyed discussing food with our warm Welsh driver. Most people quietly dozed on the way back. The tour is suitable for people that may use a walking stick. I notified them previously and my husband and I were given the front seats. I was able to enter and exit the van without a problem , even after a few gins at our last stop :)
