Funny lemurs and chameleons, exotic plants, like Jackfruit, cocoa, lychee, pepper and coffee bushes, vanilla and a lot more. It's not a simple walk on a paved nature trail, so for prepared travellers only. After reaching the island peak, in the second half of the trek we meet more and more lemurs, who are very friendly in winter, even jumping on us gently and accepting bananas from our hands, to eat sitting on our shoulders or heads.
