Top Lombardy Pottery Classes

--- Raku is one of the oldest and most visually dramatic firing techniques in ceramics — and one of the rare methods where the final result is shaped as much by chance as by skill. Unlike conventional pottery classes, this experience takes you through the entire creative arc: from raw clay to a finished, glazed object shaped by your own hands and marked by fire. The studio near Padenghe sul Garda is a working artist's space, not a tourist workshop. Sessions are kept small, allowing for close guidance and genuine creative engagement at every stage. No prior experience is needed — the process is accessible to anyone, and the results are always personal. What guests take away is not just a ceramic piece, but something made entirely by them, fired using a centuries-old Japanese method that leaves patterns no two pieces share. Once complete, the work is shipped directly to their home — a lasting reminder of an afternoon spent making something by hand in a quiet corner of northern Italy.
