What distinguishes this activity: It’s not just working in the trees, it’s feeling the life of the farm in every branch. Learn traditional pruning and grazing techniques used for decades, applying them to real trees and seeing the result grow over time. The experience combines practical learning, connection with nature and care with each plant, something that only those who live the farm daily can offer. The secret spice: Patience and attention to detail, guided by those who know each tree and know the right time to cut, tie branches or graft. It is the combination of ancestral technique and sensitivity to nature that turns every gesture into art and every tree into success.
