Top Lagos Candy Making Classes in 2026

It starts with the sound of ice in the glass, the freshness of citrus, and your first sip of a Portonic — light, refreshing, and unexpected! Combining a Portonic cocktail with a Pastéis de Nata baking class creates a unique experience in Portugal — where tradition meets fun in a relaxed way. As the class unfolds, the atmosphere shifts from the clink of glasses to the smell of buttery pastry in the oven. Hands in the dough, conversations around the table, and that quiet anticipation as everything comes together. And then, the moment everyone waits for — your Pastéis de Nata, fresh out of the oven. Golden, warm, slightly caramelised on top. Where else have you ever tried Pastéis de Nata this fresh? They taste different when you’ve made them yourself. Better, somehow. By the end, it’s not just about what you’ve learned — it’s the feeling of having created something from scratch, shared the experience, and knowing you can do it again at home.
