Nanami - Best Tour Guide Ever!
Such a fantastic experience touring all of the Kyoto highlights. We have traveled the world and taken a lot of tours over the years. I have to say that Nanami was by far the BEST tour guide we have ever had! Her English was perfect and she had so much enthusiasm for Kyoto. Everything was meticulously planned and explained (even with visual aids and maps). She took the time to get to know each and every person on the bus and shared a lot of local knowledge and stories making the tour feel very personal. It's too bad we did this tour near the end of our trip - if I had known how awesome she was, i would have booked all of our tours with her for the rest of our days in Japan! Highly recommend Nanami and Japan Panoramic Tours!

We had a lovely time...
We had a lovely time touring Kyoto with our English speaking guide Yasu. He arrived early to pick us up at our hotel and we were off to our first site, Fushimi Inari Taisha, followed by Kiyomizu-era and then Nijo Castle. He shared his extensive knowledge of Japanese history, even coming equipped with a book to add color and additional illustrations to give us a fuller picture of what we were touring. Yasu was extremely kind and helped with my elderly parents, one of whom tends to be very curious and wander off occasionally. We also really enjoyed shopping on the road he took us on that had many pottery shops. We would definitely recommend Yasu to anyone who visits Kyoto.

Tatsuya is a great guide!
Its was an amazing experience! Tatsuya's knowledge of public transport allowed us to get around with no issues at all. He very informative on all the locations we went to and very friendly! He was very considerate about where we wanted to end the tour and even gave us advice on how to get back to our accommodation post the other booking we had planned. Would book again and then some, five stars!

A day out with Malik
We took a tour with Malik of Kyoto downtown area. I was quite demanding as we had a tour booked the next day that covered a lot of the sites he usually visits. It was heavy rain as well but we had an amazing time.
He showed us the Higashiyama area before the other tourists arrived, The Emperor's Palace, and the stunning Sanjusangen Buddist temple. We had lunch in the market and then went onto The Gion Geisha area.
He was knowledgeable and patient answering all of our questions about the Japanese culture.
Thanks Malik for a great day.

Made navigating Kyoto easy
This tour was the best. We were in Kyoto for just the day from Tokyo. Guide (Sean) picked us up at train station, we asked for a later pickup, they accommodated. Tour included a driver and guide. Dropped us close to shrines and temples. Sean toured us through them and gave good information. We could have done what we wanted or they have preset itinerary. Nice to have someone choose for you. Drop off at train station and helped us find restaurant for dinner. For the cost this was excellent!

This was an AMAZING tour!...
This was an AMAZING tour! We definitely got to see another, quieter side of Kyoto and it felt very different from walking around tourist areas ourselves. Yuta was a fantastic tour guide - he kept the group together, knew so much about the area, and gave the group some options about what to see. The tour included a little walking in one geisha area, lots of backroads on the e-bike to see a few temples and shrines, and a stop for a brief intro tea ceremony. We also appreciated that he spent some time with our family after the tour talking about Japanese culture and suggesting restaurants. This tour was a real highlight for our family of five - two adults and three teens with no e-biking experience. Yuta gave us an orientation to the bikes in advance and some suggestions about settings depending on the terrain (including the option to dismount in one particularly steep, narrow area!). It all added to the sense of adventure in a beautiful serene setting.

Megumi Was A Phenomenal Host
Very extensive morning tour. Have a large breakfast, as there is ample opportunity for walking/hiking stairs! We enjoyed getting to the sites early, so we weren’t caught up with too much crowding. Megumi was very knowledgeable and personable, and went out of her way to surprise us with accurate directions to our next adventure. Highly recommend!

Great tour !!
Ryu was excellent driver and tour guide !! Very good with my 4 year old who wanted to hold his hand the whole time walking through the temples. He took us to a very good local Ramen spot for lunch that my kids loved.. The kids loved the Karagi. We did the tour so well that we were able to catch an earlier Shinkansen train back to Tokyo. Would highly recommend this tour..

A perfect evening!
A wonderful experience not to be missed! Our guide, Mai, was incredibly knowledgeable about Geiko and Meiko culture and the area. She shared many wonderful stories and we were even lucky enough to spot both a Geiko and Maiko in all their beautiful refinery. A perfect first night in Kyoto.

Great tour with great stops
The one day tour is a great way to see a lot in a short period of time. All 5 stops were spectacular and the guide (KC) did a fantastic job of explaining everything. Of course, at each site you could spend many hours, but this was a great way to see a lot and learn a lot in Kyoto and Nara.
