Mr Qutaibeh Al_Akaileh (Mr Q) is an asset to this experience. He is courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Mr Q encouraged me that I could, in deed, climb the seemingly impossible rock formations. He personally negotiated my footing and offered his shoulders as support when climbing was a challenge. He always kept our safety and physical needs at bay. We highly recommend this tour and, Mr Q. The experience of seeing the desert and sleeping in a “tent” will be forever remembered. Tom and Terry R

Anees the driver was excellent. Great English and very flexible with visits. Saved me money with local knowledge and tips especially when visiting the prime tourist spots. This tour was especially a great option when moving from Amman to the Dead Sea hotels as the company was able to change up the route and drop me off at my new hotel after our tour was complete. Will be reaching out again next time I'm in Jordan.

Found I had an extra day in Amman so booked this trip at the last minute. Picked up by Ibrahim right on time. He smartly suggested an alternate itinerary to help avoid the heat of the day, so we started at the Baptismal site. Very interesting to see the old church locations. A group was also baptized in the Jordan while we were there which was cool to see. Then off to Mt Nebo. Awesome views of the Dead Sea and Jericho. And the old mosaics in the church were intricate. Quick stop at a mosaic store where they showed handcrafted mosaics painstakingly done by women which can take them months to complete. Then off to St George’s church and the Beheading of John the Baptist Church. Lots of interesting things in John the Baptist Church including the old well and the bell tower where you can see the surrounding area. On way back, Ibrahim made a quick pit stop and got us some juice from a stand which was refreshing after a long day. Quick notes and “good to knows”: none of the itinerary is covered by Jordan Pass which was disappointing since I thought a couple of the places would be. Ibrahim had water available which was very nice and needed. No food stops, so plan accordingly or work that out with the driver. Overall a good experience.

So good! I was so happy with this experience - recommended by a close friend in Australia, Viator provided great options and I chose the group transport to Petra Visitor Centre. Very good price and I understand it is very competitive due to lack of tourism currently. Geopolitics make us better travellers! Our driver was amazing, so punctual and amicable. I got joined up with a Japanese gentleman and we enjoyed the trip in silence - wonderful. Sometimes you need to contemplate the landscape only. Our driver provided information regarding many aspects of the experience, very helpful. Highly recommended!!

In may 2026, we participated in the "Jerash, Aljoun, Umm Qais" tour arranged by the tour operator, R&H VIP Transportation Services. Our driver selected to take us on the tour was Mr. Shadi Almanasir. Shadi made our tour a wonderfully, memorable experience. Each of the stopovers were very interesting. At Umm Qais we hired a guide at the site. We viewed the two other sites, the Castle of Adjoin and Jerash, on our own. We had seen Ephesus in Turkey which we greatly enjoyed but I thought Jerash was much larger, better-preserved, and very impressive to see. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jordan. Regarding the tour operator, we had enquired whether they’d permit our driver to drop us off at a different location from our pickup. They happily agreed and thus, we were picked up in Amman but was dropped off in Petra. Thereafter, I requested the company’s driving services for 2 more days. We were lucky to have Shadi as our driver during those days. The first day, Shadi drove us from Wadi Rum to the Dead Sea with stoppages at Kerak Castle and the Pink Lake. The following day, Shadi drove us from the Dead Sea to Amman, with stoppages at Mount Nebo and St. George's Church in Madaba that houses the Madaba Map. We also stopped at the Cave of the Seven Sleepers that was along our route to Amman. In Amman, Shadi drove us to see the Citadel and the Roman Amphitheater before dropping is off at our hotel. Shadi is extremely professional and was very timely in working out the logistics of our various trips. He is a friendly and enjoyable driver who is very knowledgeable, providing us in-depth information about the various stoppages and sights throughout our trip. This tour, the tour operator, and our driver are all highly recommended by me and my family.

We had Omar as our lovely driver for the day and he made a long day easy! It was nice to have someone to ask about location guides and pricing. Omar would also pull over for beautiful vistas or tell us a bit about the area we were in. It made the whole day go so smoothly! We loved our time visiting the sites and would recommend.

Jordanian hospitality is fantastic. My hosts were attentive and knowledgeable. Khalid was an excellent driver and an interesting conversationalist. Fatima was a tremendous guide. She was patient to answer my questions, and she has extensive knowledge of Petra and its history.

This tour offered a wonderful experience to get as much as you possibly can see in three days. Our driver Ahmed was overly helpful, considerate, kind, and caring. Our tour, the dead sea was planned for the last day, but it was supposed to rain the last day, so Ahmed our driver asked us if it was okay to call an audible and recommended we stop at the Dead Sea on day one instead of three. We are very grateful that he was knowledgeable and helpful in that way, because day three it ended up raining and all of the tours to the Dead Sea got canceled, so nobody was able to go swim like we were able to. We really felt cared for and welcomed by Ahmed and appreciate all his help and guidance. He also took us to a place called little Petra, which is not on the itinerary, but he pays the Guide out of his own pocket, and it was a really amazing experience, and something I had never heard of before. You have a local person give you a tour and you get to see and hear about the history of little Petra. Every place we stopped was beautiful and phenomenal, we never felt in a pressure to buy anything or pushed too hard. Ahmed would stop at beautiful viewpoints along the way and stop his car so you could get a picture and enjoy the view, which was really nice. He got us everywhere in a timely and safe manner. If anyone is going to Jordan for about three days, this is the perfect tour to get everything that you need to see in a short period of time. If you like a little bit slower moving, and time to spend at each stop, then you might want to do a couple more days. We did Petra in just one day, but it is big enough that we could have stayed for two full days, exploring and hiking. Of course, this tour is planned to do as much as you can, in as little time, so we were grateful with the one day we had. The camp in wadi rum was very hospitable, and comfortable. We stayed in a private tent with a private bathroom and heating/AC unit and it was very nice and comfortable, dinner was a traditional Bedouin meal cooked how the Bedouins cook it. Ahmed was our driver, but also acted as a guide for us, and was very informative and knowledgeable about everything. We really were happy to go on this tour and have such a great driver. 10/10 recommend!!
